officer's body cameras. they are listening closely to the audio as well. according to the "l. a. times," you can hear an officer yell he's got my gun. some local activists are outraged over the shooting. cameras tested before getting nationwide. and to a bomb shell report that hillary clinton used a personal email account to conduct her work during her four years as secretary of state. hxz used personal e-mail at state department possibly breaking rules. a new recordkeeping process. her advisors handed over 5500 pages of emails, although it's unclear how many emails she actually had in her account. the spokesperson for clinton wouldn't comment to nbc news but told "new york times" that clinton has been complying with the letter and spirit of the rules. but according to the "new york times," federal law states that correspondence by officials are government records and must be retained as part of the agency's

record. meanwhile a spokesperson for the state department says it has long had access to a wide array of secretary clinton's records including e-mails between her and department officials with state.goff account. possibly 2016 front-runner tweeted, transparency matters. unclassified e-mails should be released. you can see mine here. back in december he released 250,000 e-mails from his eight years as governor of florida. to another potentially uncomfortable situation for the clintons this morning, thanks to a presidential portrait decades ago. here it is the painting in 2006. notice anything odd? look at that dark mark on the left side. the painter of the portrait now says he purposefully added a shadow monica lewinsky's infamous blue dress, evidence in the scandal. told philadelphia news it's a
