couple moments ago, but that's all cleared up. around the rest of the bay, there are the speeds approaches the bay bridge, all moving at speed. back to you. new this morning, 49 are general manager says there are zero truth to reports that colin kaepernick is on the trade block. early this morning baalke released, quote -- we are excited to have him. he is not going anywhere. the media reports suggesting otherwise are without merit and quite frankly ridiculous. rumors started after this late-night tweet from the houston sports radio host. he says the 49ers are taking offers for kaepernick. in later tweets he specifically mentioned the eagles and bears have shown interest. this latest rumor comes as a tumultuous time for the team. it parted ways with the head coach in december and is preparing to stay good-bye to one of mainstays. frank gore are gore is expected

to sign a three-year deal with the eagles tomorrow morning when free agency opening. gore is the 49ers' all-time leading rusher. in the south impale, a suspected child molester is still on the loose. he was at valley center for a medical appointment when he fought with the deputy and escaped. authorities believe he may have broken into a condo near the hospital. he's charged with five counts, and campbell police arrested him a year ago. neighbors are hoping he's long gone. >> i would hope they would get this guy off the street. it's never good to have a child molester on the street, espec l especially so close to a school. >> deputies say patrols and detectives searched, but couldn't locate him. deputies say if you do spot him, don't approach him. call 911. san jose police

investigating a shooting near mt. pleasant high school. officers say they found a wounded man at the scene. police have not made any arrests. also in san jose, growing shrine for a man shot and killed in a drive-buy shooting. it's on almaden avenue and oak street. both were taken to the hospital, one died there. the other is expected to recover. police have yet to release information about the gunman. 4:34 right now, oneman critically injured as a muni train struck him in the head during a fight. this happens around 5:00 last night. two men were fighting on the platform, one pushed the other into an oncoming train. the victim suffered life-threatening injuries. the otherman took over before police could get there. pleasanton police are searching for two robbers, at

the store on johnson drive just off i-580 on saturday night. police say a woman was caught trying to steal power tools. when the security guard confronted her, a male accomplice plowed into the officer knocking him down. that car is described as a gold older model four-dour lexus our acura. a form of mountainview police officers will be in court this morning. police say during a squeaked by the police department they found a number of child pornography video you on kevin nguyen's laptop. well, the man who admitted to stealing cookie money out of a girl scout's hand will be in a south bay courtroom later today. police say cody goodwin stole hundreds from girl scouts. he said he needed that money to
