sometime today. we'll give you some analysis, as soon as we can pour through it. ellen pao was back on the stand on wednesday against, in her lawsuit against kleiner perkins. lawyers representing kleiner perkins read from her e-mails in court, some showing her being very tough with an assistant who was late to work after helping a car crash victim. e-mails are turning out to be really central for both sides of this case. e-mails were also critical in the justice department's investigation into the rampant racism in ferguson's town hall. e-mails kept on servers, it was possible for the justice department to read them because the chief of police and others used city-issued e-mail, not their own accounts. perhaps they wish they hadn't. obviously i bring this up to illustrate why the government officials are expected to use government e-mail to keep government open and honest. well this morning the associated press representing reporters from all over the world is suing
