we're tracking some rainy conditions this morning. >> hey, good morning. not just yesterday. we want to star with your current temperatures as always. we're cubing off the new days at san martin and 65 in livermore. you may have to use your windshield wipers, but that rain that sam is talking about, will moving in later today. right now, though, we want to check on a wednesday more drive with mike inouye. >> you see the light volume the traffic. the headlights are going southbound. that's the correction. but look at the sensors through the area. , we see a little yellow dropping up. we'll track what's going on there, but so far nothing as far as any incidents.

we'll check on the details the south bay and nothing big deal going on there. good enough. back to you detectives in santa rosa are asking for the public's health, looking for a distinct man. >> the victim told police that he has the characteristics of someone with downs syndrome. the attack happened on a trail air, the victim just walking alone when the man tried to grab her. she fell, the man ended on top of her, and that's when he touched her inappropriately. when the woman screamed, the suspect ran away. >> i was surprised something would have happened like that here. we've been walking the past for year. >> police say they're investigating two other circumstances that all happened within the last nine months he showed up for school and then disappeared. >> livety cupertino school.

chris, any clue where he could be? >> reporter: no, the sheriff's department has searched a couple different areas. we're talking about a 17-year-old, conor sullivan who showed up at monte vista high school, but after the first period has not been seen by staff nor his family. his family told the sheriff's deputies that they haven't seen him since monday morning, and the sheriff's deputies say the teen did show us, but after school staff saw him around 10:00, he wasn't seen the rest of the day, nor the school day on tuesday. the sheriff's department won't say whether they consider him a runaway or considered at-risk. he's described at about 17-year-old, 5'5", about 150 pounds, on monday morning school staff says he was wearing a black shirt, faded black

sweatshirt, black shorts and some blue/white sneakers. they searched nearby parks and the fremont open space preserve where the teen likes to run. the hope is he will show up back at home, at school or if someone has seen them. thank you very much. a follow-up. the woman whose phone was taken by the u.s. marshal said she will sue. beatrice said when she saw marshals in her neighborhood, she walked down the street for a closer look. they were investigating local bikers. while she was using the cell phone to record that incident, an officer snatched the phone from her hand and destroyed it, but a neighbor captured the entire incident -- >> anybody member can record the piece as long they're in public

and as long as the people recording are not interfering. >> i thought he was going to beat me up. i wanted to protect my footage, but at the same time i wanted to film him coming at me. >> the u.s. marshal's office says it's investigating the incident. we're getting our first look at video of the latest security breach at the san jose airport. this surveillance video on march 31st shows a woman after she reportedly scaled a fence. you see her walking before a u.p.s. employees spots her. the 20-year-old was arrested. after five security breaches in less than a year, the airport has installed 1200 feet of new fencing in the southwest corner of the airport. the new fence is ten feet tall, four feet higher than the old one with barbed wire on top may no more long lines at customs at sfo, could get easier

considerable rainfall 'we get into your weekend. i will show you that futurecast in my next report. i want to well kim in mike inouye on a earth day morning. >> we're looking over here toward, well, the connection between two portions of our earth. we're looking at the bay bridge kind of a blurry look, and mist and drizzle, and so that might be enough to kick off those windshield wiper, so far not enough to cause a problem. we'll look over here toward the map. we see a clearer view of that connection. not a problem right now. in san francisco, that crash was report -- so it's 101 at vermont, and all the at this time -- a hit and run report, not even one of those vehicles there, but if you saw something, call it in no chp. we see a smooth drive as well through the dublin interchange.

difference between the prices charged for each other. right know pg & e's top tier charges twice as much as the bottom tier. 4:47 now, there's been some weather changes. let's check in with christina. >> happy, i'm glad you asked. the great news about this weather we've had, it's probably been nice and mild where you live, so you don't have to use your heater our ac. we're at 55 degrees in the tri-valley this morning, 53 in san francisco, right around 54 in the beautiful south bay, on our way to a really comfortable today. 72 degrees for example in the heat of the day is room temperatures, so yeah, another day when you can give your ac a break. here is what's going on. you might wondering why is it so muggy and why did i get a few showers yesterday. here's the deal.

we have an area of high pressure to our south, an area of low pressure to the north. as a result of that. we're actually going to see some thunderstorm activity. so you've got the dry and cool air colliding with the warm and moist area from an area of high pressure, that will produce another round of this morning. that chance has actually improved, as we have that unstable air mass. when we show you future cast, we thought look at this wednesday, if you're trying to get to tahoe, make sure you stay alert to the weather forecast. we could see flash flooding in this area. also expecting -- fair game for that, for today as well, the western-facing slopes, so do keep that in mind. we'll see another round as we head through your thursday evening. then into the weekend, a few light showers, overnight sunday into monday. by tuesday of next week, we're

actually tracking about widespread rainfall across the bay area. that's the good news, we need the rain, we need the moisture, this is more on the way. as we head throughout the next couple days to what we're going to experience today. 67 on saturday, with a few morning showers. back to you, sam and laura. thanks so much, christina. an unusual sight. a tornado in the desert. at the national weather service says it touched down yesterday. meteorologists are looking at pictures sent in by viewers to figure out the intense legitimate of the tornado. so far it doesn't look like there was any damage. super bowl 50 will be more than a game for the bay area, a water stretching all the way to san francisco. we were telling you about this yesterday. levi stadium has the game, but organizers yesterday gave fans the first look of what the experience will be like.

dark day in san jose. two weeks ago a woman left a note on a police cruiser. officers, it left words of support. and mentions the death one week before the death of a police officer. it thanks officers for risking their livers. denver police were so touched hoping to find laura just to say thanks. san jose police are hoping they can do that on social media. and we are remember seeing after these police departments coming in, so it really is a unified network. how are things looking out there, mike? evening though that camera froze for a second. this time the lane is off to the left.
