no slowing is up on our sensors, so we'll track that to be sure. bay bridge has a tiny backup. not all of the cash lanes are open. and a smooth drive just overnight construction getting eastbound on the lower deck mike, back to you. we're following breaking news in oakland where a search is under way for one of three men who opened fire on undercover police officers late last night. it happened near 55th and foothill. late night two undercover officers for following up on a homicide investigation, they say three men opened fire at the officers, but none of the officers were struck. two suspects were taken into custody, but the third person is still on the loose. no major roads are impacted by the search and no ovac ways are in place. again, two men in custody. the search still on for a third

fish, but also got ahold of carlin's hand. it pulled him into the water and kept dragging him down. that nightmare did not end once the sea lion let go. >> i pull my hand and finally went away. i get maybe two strokes away from him and then he grabs a chunk out of my ankle. carlin says that sea lion dragged him down for 20 seconds. doctors treated him in the hospital for two days before he got released. sea lions weigh up to 1,000 pounds. >> that's why i don't fish.
