5:36 am
sources here is a the picture is changing rapidly. it would not be a surprise for parents out there that this couple may want to leave sooner or later to introduce the little girl to her brother prince george. any parents know that is the important focus for new parents of a second child. they want to introduce the newborn to the existing child and they want to do that away from the media. kate could come in here this morning and have the baby and be back at home time for dinner that could be something, couldn't it? >> that would be a lot. as a woman who had two babies more power to her if she can pull that off. when you talk about george and visitors. in her leaving as soon as tonight, is that more of an effort to keep the cameras off george and allow them a better or comfortable visiting time with parents as opposed to having everybody come to the hospital? >> reporter: possibly yes.
5:37 am
kensington palace is not confirming if prince george is brought here by the nanny or charles and camilla. remember two years ago, almost, we did have the middletons coming in and charles coming to the hospital. this is different. the focus is on prince george and making sure the introduction is smooth. that said prince william did visit prince harry, born a saturday all those years ago. they may want to repeat history. it is a rapidly moving process behind closed doors. they are making decisions by the minute. >> everybody awaiting news of the name. have we heard anything from the queen? any reaction? >> reporter: well, we know the queen was one of the first to be informed. william informed close family and friends of the baby and before the press found out.

5:41 am
still, in contrast to tuesday's broader violence. gray's death has only reinforced distrust of police in some baltimore communities. including latish walker's youngest son. >> what are you afraid of? >> i don't know. i'm scared. >> it is difficult how to behave when they are not doing anything wrong. >> reporter: another large demonstration planned here today. it was to be a protest. organizers are calling it a victory rally. they anticipate as many as 10,000 erica. >> lester you mentioned and we saw overnight, a fairly calm and peaceful reaction. i still notice it looks like a tank behind you. is that what we are seeing? >> reporter: behind me well this is where that skermish took place in front of city hall. national guard maintaining this line here. calm at this hour of the morning. we expect a lot of people for

correct? >> i can't tell you what evidence we have again. this is a pending investigation, but i can tell you that we have reviewed hours of cctv footage, period. so let's talk about one thing you have been combatting against, the fact that there are people saying there's a conflict of interest, because your husband is a councilman and you live in the district from freddie gray lives and grew up. what do you say in response to that can you handle this without bias? >> i say that that's absolutely absurd. i'm the baltimore city's state's attorney. i purchase every crime, including my own jurisdiction. i live in the heart of west baltimore, raising two little girls. i don't see what the conflict of the interest is. i have to prosecute every crime that takes place in the city of baltimore. my husband is a lawmaker and i enforce the laws. >> merrill i mosby, thank you
