>> good morning. reports of a shocking and deadly attack in southeastern france hours ago. french officials are opening up a terror investigation. nbc news is working to confirm reports of an explosion at a factory there. one person is dead and, according to one source decapitated and posted on the entry gate. two men crashed a car into the building. they reportedly had gas canisters that set off the explosion explosion. one of them may be in custody. now to more breaking news overnight and a deadly plane crash. a sightseeing plane has crashed in southeast alaska. all nine people aboard, including the pilot, died. when it crashed in rugged terrain. it's unclear what caused the crash but rain and wind put off a recovery attempt until later today. the eight passengers came from a
