5:32 am
on highway 1. if approximate you want to avoid that traffic headache the suggestion is to take the golden gate ferry. it starts at 8:00 this morning want extra boat tack carry up to 500 passengers into the city. also late night service today. use the ferry shuttle, bike or get a ride to the terminal because the parking lot will be full very early on. bus service is set to stay the same but may not be the best option as we heard the buses will be stuck in traffic like everyone else. i did just get an update by the way from the presidio parkway project pokes approximate person who says everything is on track, it f. it keeps heading this way it will hit the deadline of opening on monday morning. >> we will keep an eye on traffic backup near the golden gate bridge. let's turn now to mike inouye. how can people try to get around it? >> the golden gate bridge transit buses are working, but we suggest avoiding those as well because they will get stuck in some of that surface street traffic.

the flow of traffic here, look at the.ma, the reason likely this doyle drive closure so folks are avoiding that golden gate bridge, coming down around the east bay, richmond bridge and east shore freeway. i don't see any unusual slowing there, but that volume at the bay bridge that's a concern. oakland into san francisco delayed and remember the giants play tonight, there will be a continued problem if this traffic flow lasts and it will likely throughout the weekend because there's the closure or doyle drive forcing folks who want to head to the golden gate bridge down to california to geary past steph chuang off highway 1 or presidio parkway or 19 but that officially is a little further south. there's the rest of why you are drive into toward the city. nothing really unusual about the rest of the flow aside from the backup at the bay bridge and also slowing southbound heading toward a crash toward 238, so far just mild. the fda wants you to think twice before reaching into the medicine cabinet. the agency is ampg up warnings about over the counter painkillers and may be an end to the anguish in greece, scott
