we'll be updating this firefight and specific evacuation orders throughout the morning on all our digital platforms. and stephanie chuang will have another live update - coming up in about 30 minutes. kris/omni a developing story in the east bay: ==kris/vo== where deputies are trying to track down tsuspe attacked a 7-1-1 employee with a pocket knife overnight. this happened just before 1-30 this morning - at a 7-11 onpach boulevard, in pacheco. the contra costa county sheriff's department says the clerk was cleaning outside the store - when he got into an argument with a homeless man. that's when deputies say the man pulled out a knife - stabbing the clerk at least once. he's expected to survive. ==kris/anim= new this morning - =kris/cu= a chp officer is aftehis cruiser wasear-endedy - - while investigating a separate crash.

=map= it happened last night just before 8 on westbound highway 580 - near "marina bay parkway" in richmond. the officer was on scene of a crash - when his patrol car was hit by another vehicle from behind. the chp shut down both directions of the freeway - so they could land a medical helicopter - and fly him to the hospital. we don't know his condition - but we do know he is stable. ==sam/topvo== an entire community in mourning -- as they grieve a life cut short. right now -- a memorial is growing outside the hayward police station to pay respect to sargeant scott lunger. the 15-year-veteran shot to death in the line of duty. ==boxes== today in the bay's bob redell is live at the police station -- with more on how the tragedy is affecting both the community and law enforcement as a whole -- bob?

a developing story: ==sam/cu== two teenagers are in policcusto the deaths of five of their family members in oklahoma. ==vo== police detained the teens -- ages 16 and 18 -- near the scene in the tulsa suburb of "bron arrow." police found five people stabbed to death in a home. also inside - a critically injured child. another child was found unharmed. all of the victims and suspects are part of the same family -- and all live at the same home. ==kris/vo== back here in the bay area: the man accused ofkil is expected to be moved out of santa clara county jail today. martin martinez was arrested in san jose over the weekend. he's scheduled to be transported to stanislaus county sometime today -- to face charges in the murders of his girlfriend, mother, and three children. the five victims were found dead inside a home in modesto last weekend. ==sam/cu== a woman held prisoner in richmond as a sex slave for more

but a major gateway to enter yosemite is off-limits this morning because of a mudslide. ==vo== take a look at the mess on highway 140 in el portal. heavy rains tuesday night brought down large boulders and debris on the roadway. several drivers were stranded -- but no one was hurt. ==take vo== the slide happened in an area where a large wildfire happened last summer. it's still unclear when highway 140 will re-open. ==sam/anim== we continue to follow breaking news out of napa county this morning. ==vo== a wildfire is growing out of control right now. it's now at six-thousand acres and counting.. and so far -- it's nowhere near containment as it inches closer to 200 homes-- those are the latest figures from cal-fire. we now know at least one house has been damaged and an outbuilding destroyed. we're going to keep you updated throughout the morning. stay with today in
