relevant relevant. that's an attempt by investigators to smear her character. now for more than a week it's been taken up by many people for many reasons. today here at the church the only reasoning for the gathering is the family and friends saying good-bye to a loved one of daughter sister and aunt. found on the street in east pasadena pasadena. he died at the screen. several hours later a 24-year-old suspect in the shooting was also found dead of self-inflected wounds. the two knew each other but released no other details. in hot springs they're looking into the death of a two 2-year-old found in a car.

it but instead looks at those that smoke that have breast cancer are three times likely to have it. >> that's high. it looked at the length of time. the longer that you smoke, the greater the impact. >> yeah. if you smoked for more than twenty years, you're more in that. >> were the woman in the study smoking when they developed, or does this applied if you smoked quit and then got it. does this also affect the survival rate. >> in this study, it was woman that were still smoking. this reaffirms that there's no time to quit smoking. i think that it's encouraging for anybody that's smoking to have the motor speedwayivation to stop. >> the study that is surprising to me. we are seeing overall smoking rates in the country decline which is good for our health.

a separate piece for women 18 and 25 which are very light smokers. that is five or fewer cigarettes a day which seems kind of high. >> i think this is the social smoking phenomenon. not even smoking every day, but occasionally. these women were at very high risk. i think we have seen particularly in the news over the past several years that alcohol in moderation one drink a day or less is not necessarily bad for your health and may be protective against heart disease. for smoking, this reaffirms that no amount is safe. >> any smoking, especially for women, as we know now, can have this effect. if you consider yourself this light smoker that can affect you with breast cancer later on. >> exactly. what is dangerous about the light smoking, when they see their doctors, they may not seem to be smokers. when you are asked the question do you smoke, they may answer

killed an elderly man in a drive drive-by shooting. happened at woodbridge mobile home park 101 and east capital expressway. san jose police say they responded after 5:30 last night and found the man dead in the street. witnesses say they saw a gray compact car racing from the area with several people inside. residents of the over 55 community are now on edge. >> a shock. just shocked that something like that would happen in the park here. it's all senior citizens mostly that live here. >> police searching for that gray compact car and shooter. neighbors tell us the victim in 50s and 60s and would often go for walks around the mobile home park. a popular bay area temperature recently profiled by "the new york times" is missing. his friends and family are reaching out to nbc bay area. ed cavanaugh disappeared a week ago near placerville. he left on a dirt back near a
