5:06 am
one, the chances of another earthquake somewhat big never the next week is about 5% and that's much higher than average. >> the last big one on the hayward fault line dates back to 1868. studies estimate a massive quake on that fault could cause $32 billion in dak and leave thousands dead or injured. shaky buildings on shaky ground. they say the structures would crumble in an earthquake. city leaders say there are ten buildings deemed unsafe and in need of earthquake retrofitting. the city is sugar two of the property owners who the mayor claims have been unresponsive. it's been a problem in the city for decades. >> i was here from '91 to '97. then i came back. i come back to find the same problems exist that existed t22 years ago. >> we have a great things to

5:09 am
today. >> yes. on that note, some of those options include chili. no chili today. let's look at the trend. in napa on sunday, it was 100 degrees. on monday, 85. 90 in san francisco. 76 today. oakland also seeing the trend coming down. mountain view still set two days of records. here's look at all the climates. foster city, 81. san francisco, low e 70s. napa, 90. concord, 95. think of the next couple of days, we could wipe those out and at least we're not dealing with highs over 100 degrees. i'll talk about that the rest of the week. michael, just to know what to expect on the roads. >> you can expect it over the next 20. this is west 580 moving better.
