well, the controversy over hillary clinton's email serve continues as well. a judge orders state department to keep in close touch with the fbi on what's found on server. and he said he thought clinton's decision to conduct business on a private email account wasn't wise. saying, "we wouldn't be here today had she followed policy." the group responsible for hacking ashley madison has released another wave of email addresses and personal information. now, like the first release on tuesday, the information was posted to the dark web and not accessible using ordinary search methods. avid life media, the parent company, says it's aware of the hack and working with law enforcement to identify the source. mean while, disgraced reality star, josh duggar has apologized to a secret addiction

february. she rear ended a lexus, pushing the vehicle into oncoming traffic. the driver of the lexus was killed after being struck by another vehicle. they have determined that jenner's speed was a factor in the crash and this could result in a misdemeanor manslaughter charge. tda will determine if any charges will be filed against jenner. a red flag warning has been issued in washington state. so far, three firefighters have been killed fighting back flames there. they have issued a mandatory evacuation order for the town of tonasket. the flames have burned over 450 square miles. almost 30,000 firefighters are battling wild fires across the west. and what is now the first hurricane churning in the atlantic, hurricane danny.

as we mentioned earlier today, two female soldiers will make history when they become the first women to graduate from the army's grueling ranger school. nbc pentagon correspondent has the story. >> reporter: after two months of the most rigorous, torcherous combat training, the two female soldiers stepped in as impressive on the training ground as off. captain kristen and sha haver, the first women ever to pass the grueling course. >> ready just in case the haters and the nay sayers. but we didn't come with a chip on our shoulder like we had
