now that everybody is back into the busy work and schoolle routine there is not a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. >> so the today food team has a plan to get dinner on the table fast. all you need is -- >> five minutes. >> kim baker is here from "working it in the kitchen," food for the work week. >> these are pork cutlets. these are the ingredients. >> what are they? >> pork chops. i will show you how to make a pork cutlet. we have basil, apricot preserves, red wine. you're liking it already. we'll season it with salt and pepper. >> okay. >> a little bit of garlic powder. >> all right. >> this is very simple seasoning. >> easy, breezy. >> mm-hmm. >> when meat is good and tasty, you don't want to lose the taste
