the millennials watching, thinking, doing? similarly, i have kids, almost a 22-year-old and a 36-year-old. i have to understand what they're going through especially in the entertainment business if i'm going to try to help create product for the 20, 30, and 40-somethings. i can't only think about the bonnies who are 65. >> people always ask the question, can you have it all? you have both had great careers and children. have you figured out the answer to that question? >> you can't. or let's put it this way. you can but not at the same time. you're never in balance. you are always juggling and you always feel guilty on one side or the other. if it you're spending too much time at work, you're sure you're completely messing up your kids. if you're spending too much time with the family, you feel like you're going to get fired two weeks later. realizing it is never in balance but it's wonderful when all of the elements are there somewhere. >> most of all it's about still
