he's got a political problem. he rose to office on the back of a promise to get out of the middle east. he's already done that. we're down to very few people. extended the stay of americans just a short period of time really. but at the end of the day he is committed to waite draw. to change that now is extra streamly difficult politically. and now you are not talking about a big increase in capability. he's got a real political problem here. >> who was most extraordinary as we got to eavesdrop and see that meeting between putin and obama on is side lines there. does this have effect to unifying the two countries? >> actually one hopes it will. think of our capabilities and what the russians have. we haven't been work gt together at all but we've got great technological means.
