it is monday, november 23rd. coming up on "early today," more night raids as a lock down continues in brussels, and the hunt for the suspect in the paris attacks enters the tenth day. police are looking for a man believed to be involved in the shooting of a medical student at tulane university. celine dion's moving tribute at the music awards. adele's "saturday night live" moments and much more on a busy monday. authorities received concrete information of a terror plot. the prime minister described the threat as serious and imminent. yesterday, 22 raids led to 16 arrests. salah abdeslam who is wanted for the attacks in paris was not one of them. an unidentified man's photo was released, who is believed to have been a suicide bomber from the paris attacks. good morning, claudio. >> we're expecting a statement from the federal prosecution office, where they're going to update us on the raid last night. it was a tense night in brussels. we got out of the hotel in the city center and saw the police cordening off blocks. other raids took place miles from here. salah abdeslam was not among

them. the interior minister said there are about 1,000 officers who are on the hunt for him. now, in the meantime, on the paris side, the prime minister of great britain visited france this morning in a show of solidarity with president hollande. it was a moving scene this morning, side by side together in front of the bataclan, which is the theater of the worst massacre from the terror attack last friday. they had the press conference in which hollande said, of course, they are expanding. they are reinforcing the coordination between france and great britain and the fight against terrorism. he's called for a more reinforced cooperation between the intelligence services among europe. also, he said the fight should go to the root of the problem, that is, of course, syria. he said that france will continue to fight isis in syria. will continue to bomb it. also, he said one of the solutions, it's a unified

to the victims of the paris attacks at last night's music american awards. she performed against a back drop of french national landmarks. it brought tears to many in the audience. ♪ the song, which translates to, "him to love," -- hymn to love, a standing ovation. the plows and shovels were out in northern ohio as lake-effect snow fell. most communities got one to three inches of snow. higher elevations expected half a foot. what is going on inside this thanksgiving, bill karins?

>> the lake-effect snow kicked in and now, we have another snow event. this is a new storm. it is moving with snow across british columbia and into western canada. this is going to drop down and have cold air with it, too. the snow levels will be low. this is the snow over the next three days. of course, this is a busy travel week. the ski areas are loving it. some of the ski reports north of salt lake city are doing well. yosemite is also looking at getting a lot of snow. the highlighted time is more monday night into tuesday. about 12 to 18 possible at the highest of levels as we go throughout areas of the cascades all the way down into the sie a sierra. the valleys will be rain out of this. it's a high elevation. tranquil start to the week. not many issues out there. temperatures look chilly but seasonable. into tuesday, the warmup begins and then we'll watch the new storm from the west bring rain to san francisco.

leading the news in the clarion-ledger, football fan, police clash at game. video shows an army veteran punched in the facely police officers during a football game at the university of mississippi on saturday. the reason for the clash remains unclear. much of the altercation is blocked by other patrons in the stadium. local police issued a statement claiming they had no involvement in this incident. university police issued a similar statement on facebook. an investigation is underway. from nbc news.com, mr. ugly pageant winner blasted for being too handsome. judg judges cite the man -- >> giving him the win? >> i am, actually.
