the november 13st terror attacks. investigators have identified the third terrorist from the bataclan concert hall. >> reporter: well, we are just hearing that the third attacker in the bataclan attacks has been identified as 23-year-old fouad mohamed aggad. a spokesman from the prosecutors office in paris confirming his identity. he is from the french city of strasburg and has reported to travel to syria back in 2013. this morning the french prime minister told news outlets there that the attacker was part of a group of a dozen radicalized young people who left a neighborhood in december 2013. he was able to travel back to france and take part in the attack where the worst of the carnage took place in the november terror attacks in paris, where 130 people lost their lives. we're also hearing from the associated press citing an anonymous police official, that

a text message sent to a woman in english announcing her son's death in these attacks led authorities to id him from a dna sample supplied by the mother. also reporting one of the women's other samples who has returned from syria faces terrorism related charges. dara. >> thank you so much for that report. now to politics, where donald trump may be alone at the top. political rivals are condemning his proposal to ban muslims from the u.s. he hasn't backed down and he's being asked harsh questions. >> are you a bigot? >> not at all. probably the least of anybody you have ever met. >> because? >> because i'm not. i'm a person that has common sense. i'm a smart person. i know how to run things. i know how to make america great again. this is about making america great again. >> may have struck a cord among some republicans. in a study conducted before his
