commission, and we will get alternatives. >> now, there are at least three different investigations going on and brown calls for a federal investigation. the mayor said it was important to end in relationship with the african-american kmient. said this was about public safety but certainly alternatives are key. brown also called for having more african-american officers on the rors. we reached out to san francisco police for comment tonight but haven't heard back. >> thank you so much. an officer-involved shooting in los angeles is prompting a standoff between protesters and deputies. protesters shouted and tore down crime tape where deputies shot and killed a 28-year-old man on a lynnwood street. deputies stood ready with tear gas and helmets. our sister station in l.a. was told the man fired shots into

starting off in the north bay before sunrise. northern sonoma county, 8:00 a.m. cold front draped right across the bay area. san francisco down into san jose. as we move intost early afternoon hours we can see how that rapidly heads to the south and east. so about 8-p.m. till noon tomorrow, we'll see scattered showers, chilly sunshine for the afternoon. rain totals, quick moving system. looking at about a third of an inch to an inch of ryan around the buy area. it goes by. you can see the wind speed will be an issue all day long. rain mainly for the first half of the day. it could gets up to 50 miles per hour around the coast and hilltops from about morning to tomorrow at 10:00. wind gusts, look at liver moore. winds out of the south.

as the front slides by, winds begin to shift. there's that chilly breeze that will help to clear the skies. rain picking up in intensity around 11:00. by mid afternoon starting to see the showers shut down with clearing skies. mid 50s around san jose and san francisco. to the north you'll see 56 in san rafael. 65 around lifr moore. the outlook moving forward is going to trend dryer on monday and tuesday. not dry tomorrow. winter storm warning up. could see as much as two feet of know by -- snow by this time tonight. mainly dry except for the north bay on wednesday as we see the pattern look promising for more rain. we're going to be dry to start the week. later next week, looks like we'll get more snow and rainfall. it looks like the next seven
