valley road, on the way to the lake. and here's the elephant seal now getting scooted out of the north bay by highway 37 in sonoma. wildlife experts entered the water a little after 9:30 trying to coax it out deep into the ocean, specifically they're trying to scare the 900-pound animal to open water with loud noises. the animal has attracted a lot of attention the last day or so. she caused traffic when she climbed out of the embankment and walked onto the road where drivers were stopping to take video and pictures. a cold but warming front for your weather. we'll have a look at your forecast right after this break.
