as many severe weather reports. this was an outbreak to texas, oklahoma, kansas, missouri, ohio valley. you don't see a lot of tornado symbols. we did not have an outbreak. low level winds were not favorable, that was great with everybody. only five reports of weak tornados in although, 400 reports of severe weather. lots of clean up to be done from that. this morning, we're still dealing with a few strong storms, new thunderstorms in east texas and louisiana. the strongest of the storms just rolled through the houston area with strong, gusty winds. safe in the peek of their morning commute. lake charles, we could see damaging wind gusts as that it goes towards the east. it shifts east with the storm system, st. louis, louisiana, mississippi river valley, about 24 people at risk. the other stories out there today, kind of cool northern half, montana, new system moving into the west, san francisco could deal with a stray storm mountains.
