slowing. every now and then the charts are slowing down. you can see a wide open lane. no early concerns. back over to you. >> thank you so much. right now, santa clara inmates have died in custody. this is the hailest in a string of issues at the jail. the 35-year-old man had several medical issues and received treatment at the jail's infirmary. yesterday, he was rushed to the infirmary and later died. they said he had a medical emergency. the mayor said it all followed proper protocol. today, the guards are accused of beating mentally ill inmate last august. all three guards have pled not guilty to murder charges. the trial is scheduled for today. a way for justice, it must

have felt like an eternity. the convicted child molester linked to the disappearance of a fairfield boy three decades ago, ends a 30-year-old cold case. the three-year-old was last seen in his bed in 1984. investigators charged a family friend, he is facing kidnapping for ran some charges. he is already serving a 26-year prison sentence in southern california. the victim's father says he's forgiven the suspect. >> 30 years ago, come to grips with bag born again christian, i am forgiving him. the tragedy never allowed to resolve itself. we will never know the pleasure he would have given us. >> investigators are not saying what linked the suspect to that case or why it took so long for the arrest in the first place.

now to decision 2016, another big election for front runners donald trump and hillary clinton. both wrapping up more wince and delegates. >> trump says he's the presumptive presidential candidate for the republican majority. he swept connecticut, delaware, maryland, pennsylvania and rhyme. on the democratic side, clinton won four of the five. bernie sanders won rhode island. he vows to keep campaigning all the way to the convention if judgment. the next election day, is right in the crosshairs is several primaries on june 7th, california voters hit the polls along with four other states. this friday, donald trump, john kasich and ted cruz will be there for the state's republican convention. let's take it out to the oracle arena, game five.

terry, we have been getting a time line on that. what does it look like in our commute? >> it looks like it comes in, houston hit with heavy rains and storms right now. it extends up through nebraska. a smaller scale storm system we will be watching. as this continues to move closer. it will encounter dry air. still a good coverage around eureka as it continues to move inland. now we see those temperatures in the low 50s. it's a little milder, silly in the north bay, we drop back to the 40s. once again, a chance that some of this could be breaking apart, mostly cloudy skies and hit or miss showers.
