later on today, warmer temperatures after starting out with some cloud. take a look at some of those cameras. microclimate showing we will have cloud to start. temperatures that are cool as you head out the door in the north bay. looking at highs this afternoon, reaching into the mid-70s, int east bay, tri-valley reaching 85 degrees, north bay today up to 80 degrees. very warm temperatures today and tomorrow and then it cools down, i'll detail that and more coming up in my next microclimate forecast. mike, how is it looking on the roadways? >> we have an update on the san mateo bridge. you notice the dunbar bridge, typical eastbound, a road crew off the peninsula side. eastbound 72, the crash around the high rise. we didn't see that in the last camera shot. we will show you the other shot. hayward. it was close to the toll plaza side. everything is clear once again. back to you guys.

>> wish we could say the same, breaking news, a car bombing carried out by isis has killed dozens in the sadr city part of the capital t. area is predominantly shiite. while isis is made up largely of sunni fighters. the terror group claimed responsibility for this morning's attack in a web posting. the explosion filled a market. the latest figures show 45 dead and many more wound. a developing story in san francisco, where crews are getting ready to repair a sinkhole in the busy part of the city that opened up during rush hour compute last night. this happened near mission and new montgomery in the middle of soma. this will impact the morning commute today. stephan stephanie chuang is there live. do you know when it will be reopened? >> reporter: that is unclear. i was stuck in this traffic here last night.

that's the warning that it will likely be the case this morning. you can see here where an aging sewer line gave way in the middle of the road. it is surrounded by barricades as crews get ready to repair this. take a look what a witness captured on his cell phone. an uber driver taking the family to the airport in the suv, hits the sink hole on the edge. firefighters had to pull the suv out. the people inside, fine, though shaken up. the public utilities commission says this sewer line dates back to 1875 and they say it's the latest incident caused by an aging city wide infrastructure, including one you might remember in april that caused a sing hole on sacramento street. >> we have accelerated our repair and replacement program a couple years ago. we are close to about 15 miles a year of just sewer main replacement. >> i'll probably take my car in from the west side of the city

public t. mayor says the reforms will cost $17 million. the legal age for voting in san francisco's local elections could soon drop to 16. the san francisco board of supervisors approved the proposal for the november ballot. if passed by voters, anyone 16 or older could vote on measures on the city's municipal ballot as well as any city office, but they cannot vote in state or national elections. supervisors eric mahr says his 16-year-old daughter is ready to vote. similar people can have a say in government. a live look at oracle arena, which is sure to be rocking tonight t. warriors are taking on the portland trail blazers in game five of the western conference semifinal series. if the doves win tonight, they advance to the conference finals. clara fairgrounds. they're being reviewed this afternoon t. idea is to split up the fairgrounds in san jose, building a new park and sports complex. today fairgrounds managers will hear a progress report on the redevelopment plan. next tuesday, there will be a community meeting for businesses that want to bid for space in the new complex. if the plans are eventually approved, construction could start next year. a topic we have been talking about all week t. drought is not over. officially, some of the drought restricts will be lifted for people in the east bay. with its reservoirs nearly filled with rain, east bay mud is dropping its monthly drought surcharge. it added a box to household water bills. mandatory rationing is canceled. however, administrators say voluntary water rationing is still strongly encouraged. a way of life for a lot of californians, really. >> essentially, we mentioned the fact that 90% of the state is still in some level of drought stage. we're seeing the water

developing news, we are following this morning. a sink hole will snarl the morning commute for some drivers in san francisco. it opened up on mission near new montgomery last night in the south market. just a block away from the palace hotel. it happened during the evening commute take a look at the seize of it. nine feet deep. ride share driver taking a family to the airport actual little got stuck in it. luckily no one was hurt. firefighters managed to pull that car out t. occupants to safety. crews say a broken sewer line caused the sing hole. it dates back to 1875. usually with sewers that old, age is the likely cause of the break. >> we'll check in with stephanie chuang in ant an hour t. puc says it's working to change the age of the system. crews will be repairing that break toot. muny lines and traffic will be

affected. a relative accused in the stabbing death is expected to be arraigned later today. that is happening outside of the courtroom. the judge is going to be traveling to the psychiatric facility at san francisco's general hospital where angela is now being held. police say he killed the defense attorney last friday. she was his great aunt. new criminal charges stemming from the beating of a suspect in san francisco. two alameda sheriffs deputies caught on camera last fall will face felony assault, assault with a deadly weapon and battery and serious bodily injury. prosecutors say they're awaiting additional medical records from the victim. the deputies remain on paid administrative leave as the case against them moves forward. another sheriffs deputy in santa clara county is in legal trouble, accused of sexually abusing a little girl. police arrested anthony diaz

this week. he abused the girl in 2012 when he was living with the girl's mother. diaz, is a seven-year veteran of the force has been put on unpaid leave. the bay area now has a confirm 13 cases of the zika virus. marin county now has its first case. health officials say the patient contracted it while traveling abroad and ma they are fought releasing any more details you see the breakdown of where they took place. doctors are warning people of the risks of getting sick. people can get zika through infected mosquitos or sexual contact with an infected person. zika has been linked to birth defects. a follow-up to the car burglaries in campbell we first reported earlier this week. police now say two people are in custody. they face charges of attempted dhar theft, grand theft and conspiracy. police released this video footage after the crime.
