we continue to be thankful to the cincinnati zoo. it appears the boy went over a three foot baurrier before falling into the mote. >> he slammed the baby into the wall. >> reporter: police say they'll review the actions of the family. the family has received death threats. police will not be investigating the zoo but the association of zoos and aquariums which accredit zoos will look into the incident. the group has specific protocols for enclosures. >> they have to protect the animals on the inside but they have to protect the public on the outside. >> reporter: the boy's family says some have been offering them money but they don't want it. they're encouraging donations to the zoo in the gorillas name. two people are dead following an apparent murder soupicide at ucla.

it took place yesterday in the office of the engineering building. the campus of 43,000 students were put on lock down for several hours. according to multiple law enforcement sources, the victim was ucla mechanical and aerospace engineering professor william kluge. the suspect was an engineering stude student. a gun was recovered along with the note but its contents unknown. the shooter may have been upset over grades. an official motive has yet to be determined. these pictures were taken from the school's closed circuit tv. it showsfficers going door to door. the california lieutenant governor tweeted he was a brilliant teacher. grief counselors are being made available. classes are sell to resume
