>> if your kid has an idea you want to nurture it and build it. maybe they don't. you want to inspire them. a lot of kids have superheroes they look up to. maybe entrepreneurs can be the superheros. point out the local entrepreneur, nationally known entrepreneurs. >> other kid entrepreneurs. say, show your value. i am really inspired by that person. that's a real superhero. they've created jobs. they're growing their lives. opening up opportunities. tell them you think entrepreneurs are heroes. >> complaints are not a bad thing. >> every time they complain about something, turn it into a company. so i remember one kidd said the line at the ice cream store is so long. i said how would you fix that? could you come up with another company. a little truck? get them thinking about something. every time they think something is wrong, is there a solution? is it an opportunity that may be a business.
