south of here just registered on our map. but the slowing shows up right here. right around avenue rad do down toward the boulevard. those are two separate areas and two separate roadways but that stretch is showing a lot of slowing and the crash registered around the boulevard in the middle of the freeway it does look like that's what's happening. again, chp shy on the details right now. we'll get there very quickly. no problem across the dumbarton bridge if that's where you're headed but if you are north of there use that san mateo bridge because that will keep you out of that backup. heading toward the bay bridge, smooth flow. map doesn't show slowing or in the north bay. let's give you a live look and show you the bay bridge itself moves well. reported a slow rolling trek across and the golden gate we might show you down a bit by fog on the north side. just the north side. back to you. all right, a weird crime repeating itself. bizarre vandalism. it's happening again in san jose. the search to find the poern who keeps defacing utility boxes.

5:33 am
delilah to their school in rohnert park. she said someone cut her off and that's when she over corrected and drove into the river. now, chp says the mother did not have a license. now, this is tough for folks here in sonoma county because it happens only a week after a another pair of youngsters died in jenner when their mother lost control of the pickup truck and drove into into the nearby russian river. here's the memorial for those girls in petaluma last night and from parents at the girls' school who have to explain too their children what happened. >> pain is pain. you know? no matter how you see it ordeal with it, and losing a child is very difficult. >> he was asking questions. we explained. but he was sad. >> reporter: clearly an emotional time for folks out here and grief counselors will be at the school this morning for classmates of the two girls as this is still on on going investigation. if you have any information
