old post office and then heads to north carolina. governor mike pence will be in utah, nevada and colorado. 38-year-old who has been wanted since sunday in a string of violent crimes including the killing of two relatives had a hit list targeting several more people according to authorities. protection is being provided now for those that are included on that so-called hit list. michael dale vance jr. is wanted on two charges of first degree murder and possession of a firearm. when police last saw him vance shot two officers and an innocent woman before stealing her car. he filmed two facebook live videos shortly before encountering that woman. he was last seen early monday morning 30 miles from the texas border in western oklahoma. he's believed to be carrying an ak-47. they are coordinating with several agencies in that search. the toughest sheriff is in a tough spot this morning. federal prosecutors formerly

charged joe arpaio with criminal contempt of court. the 84-year-old lawman defied a court law order to stop his signature patrols. the misdemeanor count was announced two weeks ago but it wasn't official until it was signed by a judge yesterday. arpaio is trailing his democratic opponent by nearly 15 points in the most recent poll. they were conducted on the days surrounding the prosecutor's announcement. police are on the lookout this morning for two thieves that broke into a florida home while the family layed down to sleep. no one inside the home was harmed as this incredible video shows. surveillance cameras managed to capture that frightening incident. here you see children fast asleep on the living room sofas while one of the intruders rummages through their personal belongings. it happened on saturday but police introduced a video to identify and capture the thieves who made away with cell phone, credit cards and a gun. a second man who is armed seems

the secretary of health and human services will give remarks on the latest changes of obamacare as health insurance premiums are expected to spike for many americans. nbc's tom costello has more on how that will impact you. >> reporter: it's happening nationwide. come january, 1 in 5 healthcare.gov customers will find one insurer offering coverage and premiums are rising fast. on average up 25%. down 3% in indiana but up 116% in arizona pushing premiums up 50 to $300 per month in some cases. the reasons, while 11.4 million americans will be on obamacare in january, most are sicker than expected. younger, healthy adults are choosing to opt out of coverage and pay the tax penalty instead
