both a crash involving two vehicles north 880 at davis and also a construction zone from davis north toward 98. the combination of the start for the construction zone and the crash activity on the right shoulder may leave at least one lane blocked. it doesn't sound like the construction crew was involved. no major injuries, but major damage to one of the cars. another couple crews will be arriving and we'll track the slowdown. meanwhile, looking at the mass transit systems. b.a.r.t. has 18 on time right now. back to you. thank you very much, mike. at 4 d 32. we begin with the developing story in the north bay where investigators are looking into possible human remains found on sonoma state university. a landscaper reported a body yesterday afternoon in a wooded area of the campus, about 200 yards away from one of the parking lots. deputies say while they were investigating, it started to get dark so they decided to wait until it geltz light to exhume

the possible remains. they do say the possible body was buried recently. we're told classes will go on as scheduled today. our own bob redell will have a live report at 5:30. happening today, the 19-year-old man accused of killing a beloved elderly woman in san jose will be back in court. miss flo died last month after being brutally breathe en in a robbery. kris, this is the first time we're seeing this suspect since miss flo's death. >> it is the first time. because of that the rj chas against him could change and he could face even more serious charges than before. initially 19-year-old zachary cuen was charged with attempted murder and robbery. he lived nearby the 88-year-old woman he's accused of beating in her own home. according to investigators, cuen targeted flo douglas, ransacking her home, beating her, stealing

the jewelry off her body and stealing her cars. they say they have video of him using her credit card and driving her car. she clung to life for four weeks. but in the end her injuries were too great and she died on october 8th. zachary cuen is scheduled to face a judge at the legislator county hall of justice at 9:00 this morning. kris sanchez, "today in the bay." it is 4:34 right now. a new twist in the saga of the sinking millennium tower. today san francisco city attorney will announce a legal development in the investigation. while the city attorney won't elaborate, we do know the city served subpoenas to millennium's developer back in september. at issue, whether the tower sinking issues had been disclosed to potential buyers back in 2009. multiple owners have told us they never knew anything until earlier this year. if that is true, millennium partners could be prosecuted

under civil law for withholding information from potential buyers. our investigation initially triggered city hearings on the high-priced towers. if you'd like to see our previous stories, search millennium tower on our nbc bay area home page. facebook is getting even bigger. this week the city of menlo parked approved plans to add more than 6500 employees along the bayfront expressway according to the "mercury news." now, this is a rendering of what part of that expansion will actually look like. the plans also include a new 200-room hotel as well. so-called construction drive project also calls for the social media giant to either build 20 below-market units or pay $6.5 million into a fund dedicated to that type of housing. if you live in the east bay, your tap water might taste and smell a little different today. here is why. the orinda water treatment plapt is getting an upgrade.
