>> i'm frances rivera. >> for the second noits in a row, spontaneous protests erupt across the country and one even became violent as demonstrators in portland, oregon faced off against police in riot gear. 26 people were arrested. frustrated voters also marched in baltimore, philadelphia, san francisco, and oakland, all in opposition of tuesday's election results. as the protesters demonstrated their frustrations with the election, donald trump returned to his own self, taking to twitter to blast them. just had a very open and successful presidential election. now professional protesters incited by the media are protesting, very unfair. it should be noted trump himself called for washington on the night on 2012's presidential elections. he continued to tweet this morning, posting, quote, love the fact that the small groups of protesters last night have passion for our great country. we will all come together and be proud. >> but trump had a much more
