i'm meteorologist kari hall. we are in a microclimate weather alert as we continue to track the storm system moving in. we have a stormranger san bruno mountain helps give us an hd view of what's happening as far as the rain on the radar. as we zoom in we see there are some showers moving around south san francisco. and there are also some heavy rain around pacifica as well. elsewhere we have spotty light rain, some mist and drizzle. this will be off and on throughout the day. and at times some pockets of some heavy rain moving in. we'll continue to track that. heading over to mike, how's it looking on the roadways? >> well, the speed sensors are looking better than they were in the south bay, kari. anywhere south of the san mateo bridge is fine, san mateo still slow, oakland recovering from an earlier crash. show you the oakland camera crash just cleared minutes ago from the right hand side of the screen. and in the north bay we'll have an example of the fog impeding part of the view and also very slick roadways. that rain, mist, drizzle and this fog all causing issues. but the commute volume lighter because of course this happens
