life. === tonight new details about the beating of a man. after a week long manhunt mark weber turned himself into police tonight and today appeared in a morgan hill courtroom. he is facing attempted murder charges that could result in a sentence. weber had been on the run since december 9th since he attacked his neighbor with a baseball bat because the man's dog had gone to the man's bathroom on the lawn. he has a long road of recovery ahead of us. an update to a story we broke last night. uber is taking drivers out of the state. uber can no longer test driverless vehicles in san francisco the company put all 16 cars onto a truck and sent it off to arizona. they say it will continue to

widespread. 44 in the peninsula and 39 in the tri valley. these temperatures will be in the 40s for the most part. the only exception will be a full and also the wind and the rain an top of that. i want to show you the rain time line next so we can pinpoint when it will be the worst for bay area travelers. you can see it really starts to kind of get its act together. it will go from nothing at all to something here and pretty fast. for the northern california area we'll see things intensify. by 4:00 in the morning that's when the north bay will see some of these heavier pockets of rain develop. here is the thing about that storm. once it starts to move in it will quickly push on down by 5:30 in the morning. so aern earlier time line. we'll keep wet roads in the forecast. even though the storm is trying

to push out and leave us there will be that instability to fire off thunderstorms into tomorrow afternoon's forecast. sit a little bit of hail if we get thunderstorms developing. the storm system begins to move on out of the bay area. rainfall totals, that's lot of colors on this map. it depicts well what it will be. orange primarily there. it we waiequates to about an in. green for the south bay leaves about a quarter to half an inch. a quarter to a half inch down towards the south bay. here is snow. cold air wrapping around the storm system. it will be epic snow for the skiers. tomorrow through saturday morning for lake tahoe.
