our microclimate weather alert continues as we will be tracking some heavy rain into the afternoon as well as the evening hours. we're also keeping an eye on river levels, especially in the north bay. napa river and the russian river may be above flood stage for several hours and into tomorrow afternoon. here's part of the reason why, more heavy rain is moving into the areas. and then for the south and east, we're seeing a pretty good coverage of the rain where gusty winds and flooding are possible into tonight. let's see what's happening on the roadways now as we check in with mike. they are all wet. we are moving pretty well in most places, but looking at the big problem over here to the bay bridge, this is near the nemitz freeway. we have a jackknifed rig and a spill are blocking a couple lanes. looking at the live shot past the coliseum, 90 minutes through this mess. very slow past high street. but then once you get to the pay bridge past this crash, the lanes are blocked. look how light it is as far as
