i can hear a barrage of gunshots there. san jose police officer firing into that black truck hitting the man inside. all while terrified witnesses looked on. the whole ordeal began in a quiet neighborhood a few miles from that shooting. neighbors say they called police when a man took off this clothes and began chasing small children. officers say when they arrived the man jumped in his truck hitting another truck, and then leading police on a chase that led to a traffic shutdown at stevens creek boulevard. all near a safeway parking lot at lawrence expressway. this video of the shooting, taken by a man who wanted to remain anonymous. >> the first series of shots they told the suspect to get out of the car. he didn't. then again, like i said, i heard a pop. maybe they reacted to that and shot into the vehicle. again, they asked the suspect to get out of the vehicle with his hands up, and he didn't. again -- i guess for their
