to president trump, it was described earlier this week as kabuki theater, what do you see? >> i've been working with the white house in congressional perspectives and never seen where they had to go nighttime over to the white house ground and conspire with white house staff to get access to this information. if the president wanted to know something they could have told him and if they wanted to give information over to the congressional committee they should have given it to the entire committee and to the republican chairman and ranging democratic member, so the whole thing reeks of collusion. >> has chairman nunes lost all credibility then? >> well it's being strained and tested because he went out there and said the white house had nothing to do with it then turns out he was at the white house, says the white house wasn't my

7:00. right now a new lead in the case of a missing bay yaur toddler. this is arianna fitz. she was reported missing nearly one year ago. around that same time her mother nicole was found murdered in a san francisco park. sfpd says they've now seized a car that may be connected to the case. investigators say the fbi is now re-examining dna leads. this all comes one day before a memorial for the mother and a vigil for the little girl at mclaren park. last april nick oat fitz' body was found in the park in a shallow grave covered by a piece of wood. arianna has not been seen since. she's now 3. >> i do believe that she's alive. she could be anywhere in america. she could be across the border. >> again the memorial and vigil for nicole and arianna fitts is today in san francisco. the family will be posting and passing out flyers hoping

lives, she made everybody's day. >> it also happened to this 16-year-old who was hit and killed taking these photos with his girlfriend for a school project. >> it was too late before they realized the train was coming. >> but the most shocking photo of all is of these two sisters an their best friend taking selfies on the train tracks. what they can't see or hear is that train in the background. speeding towards them. just three seconds all the girls were hit and killed. >> this is absolutely a preventable phenomenon and loss. my girls did not have to lose their life. >> reporter: it's one of the latest trends in photography. people taking selfies, wedding photos even graduation pictures on active train track as. the pictures posted all over social media. what most don't know it's illegal and dangerous, in 2015,

lead in the case of a missing bay area toddler. this is arianna fitts reported missing one year ago. around the same time her mother nicole was found murdered in a san francisco park. sfpd says they've now seized a car that may be connected to that case. investigators say the fbi is re-examining dna leads. this news comes just a day before the memorial for the mother and the vigil for the little girl at mclaren park. last april nicole fitts' body was found at the park in a shallow grave covered by a piece of wood. nicole's daughter, arianna has not been even since. she's now 3 1/2 years old and the family isn't giving up hope. >> i do believe that she's alive. she could be anywhere in america. she could be across the border. >> again, the memorial and vigil for nicole and arianna fitts is today in san francisco. the family will be posting and passing out flyers hoping someone will recognize the toddler and call police. police in solano county are looking for the armed robber who
