we do have breaking news, we are looking at a massive bomb the u.s. military dropped in afghanistan. just released less than 15 minutes ago. the pittsburgh nicknamed the munition the mother of all bombs. afghan officials say 36 isis fighters were killed in the attack on a tall complex in eastern afghanistan near the pack taken border. the bomb is the largest non-nuclear weapon ever used in combat by the u.s. military. afghan officials say there were no civilian casualties. we will take you live to washington. in our next half hour for analysis with tracy potts. some local news right now. 4:32 on your friday morning. all lanes have been cleared, this following a deadly night crash in the south bay, southbound 101 in the great american parkway near the football stadium. three people died in a crash involved in two cars. we just got off the phone with

chp. they could not say whether there were passengers involved. we do know the crash closed both direction of america parkway for hours, again, it ab reopened. a developing story. a search is under way for a santa clara chiropractor, that was recently convicted of sexually assaulting four women. right now, police are trying to piece together where he is. today michelle herd has details on where he was last seen. >> reporter: the four pictures you see here are of dr. darius bonne ad. the first shows a full beard and shaved. during his trial, he looked similar to the picture open the far right. clean shaven and a full head of hair. we spoke to police sergeant terry anderson by phone. >> it's the day the prosecution rested and the jury was sent to deliberate, that was his last day in court.

>> reporter: he was accused of sexually assaulting four women, including two under aged employees if 2015. he was a licensed chiropractor at this office in downtown santa ro so. on the day he was a no show at his trial, he was convicted of 11 sexual assault charges and one misdemeanor. >> i have no indication at this point that he wanted to hurt himself and it was a matter of him not wanting to go to jail f. somebody sees him, they need to call their local law enforcement agency. >> bay area news. >> a tampa bay man just arrested in connection with a sexual assault is expected in court today. they say the 20-year-old was arrested on wednesday. but the alleged attack happened in february. he is accused of trying to rape a woman a blocks away from the university. the victim was able to fight off the attacker. new details on a story we first told you about yesterday morning, we are hearing from the victim of a heart breaking crime

this following floods, right now, no word of any injuries. you live there, it's unusual? >> i live there. it's the rain from the bay area. >> it came from here, you didn't get problems. it went over the central valley, that's the kind of weather systems we seen throughout this season and it's just been really a strange winter. even spring. as we get a look now at some of the high temperatures, today with sunshine, at least that will give us a chance to dry out there. it will be cool. high temperatures reach, into the mid-60s in the south bay. as the 7-day forecast comes up at the bottom of the screen. two days of dry weather. we will have that today or tomorrow. 63 degrees in the peninsula, 62 will be the high today in san francisco. so we seen that weather system moving on from the bay area. we turn our attention to this one, this cluster of clouds, starting to reach a little bit

closer. but we do have a couple of days before it makes it in. look at that timeline with that rain arriving. here we are, the cloud starts to move in. at least the first part of the day will get some sunshine, on sunday, we start to see that rain movering into the north bay. most likely as a lot of people head out from the early morning easter services and the rest of the bay area will see the rain moving in, in the afternoon, those egg hunts in the afternoon, you want to make sure the kids have somewhere covered to look for all of those eggs. even on sunday night, the rain will still be moving through. another round of some heavy downpours. this one may be centered across the south bay in the santa cruz mountains, where much of the interview will be. still some rounds of rain between tuesday, wednesday, thursday, as of now, it looks like it will be dry. so looking at the temperature trend for san jose, starting out in the morning on sunday, at 6:00, it will be 55 degrees, a mix of sun and cloud, showers

start by early afternoon and highs only reaching into the low 60s, the 7-day forecast shows that for san francisco we'll be up to 63 degrees on saturday, it is going to be amazing and then we get ready for the rain on sunday into the rest of next week, going to see those temperatures in the low 60s with some off an on rain. we'll be talking more about that and mike is talking about a yam in oakland. >> that's right. unusually slow and the only slowing we see on our maps. look at that, a nice try for most folks. it's slow for two reasons. an earlier crash 880 cleared from 23rd. we had a lot more slowing. there is a road crew. they should be picking up, they were blocking overnight a couple lanes right in that same area. no injuries to those workers, though, on the road. you see that slowing agreement. let's take it to the report, whether you take jog over to 580 and over to high street. or you take the purple route right here, which is a straight through route.

storm's highest wind gusts were clocked at 130 miles an hour. dozens of homes are flooded right now as a result. developing right now in georgia, a criminal investigation is under way this morning after two police officers were seen kicking a handcuffed suspect in the head. it was all caught on camera. we want to warn you, that the video is disturbing. it all happened on wednesday. authorities say one of the officers pulled over a suspect's car and handcuffed him. cell phone video then shows another officer eventually runs into assist. then apparently kicks the suspect on the ground. additional video emerged last night showing a second angle of the incident. it reportedly shows one officer hitting the suspect in the face. both officers were fired. >> that is disturbing. 4:55. local news in law enforcement. auditors in palo alto reportedly released the most recent taseing review. the city's reviews the department's use of tasers twice a year.
