doordash's website without its per mission when a ticked off customer called to complain that her food was late. >> i don't even know who doordash is. we don't contract with them. we're not -- we don't have any affiliation with doordash. >> reporter: we wondered if this was happening to other restaurants. so our team started making calls. more than 400 of them. >> i'm wondering if i can place my to-go order through doordash? >> reporter: we found more than three dozen local restaurants that were on doordash's website, logos and all, without their knowledge or permission. >> from the way it sounds they went a little too far. >> reporter: university of san francisco law professor robert talbot counsels start-ups. he says a company's logo is their trademark. and when doordash using another company's logo to lead consumers there is a partnership, it could be infringement. >> you are not allowed to suggest that you are affiliated or controlled or associated with

that particular trademark. >> reporter: in fact, fast food giant in-n-out burger sued the company 18 months ago in federal court for trademark infringement saying doordash confused consumers in believing that they had authority to deliver its food. the case was settled out of court, so we don't know what happened. but we do know in-n-out is no long listed on the website. we asked doordash to talk, it said no. it did remove marin joe's and mulberry pizza from its website. barbara is pleased doordash is listening but still upset with them. >> they misrepresented themselves. i think that's fraudulent. >> doordash issued a statement to us. it didn't address the logo issue, but in part it said we're constantly working with businesses to ensure we're providing customers with the best delivery experience

training because she's eager to interact with people. she would benefit from some special attention. when she came to me, she was pretty unruly. she would jump on me, bite and play, you know, destroy anything she could get to. and those are all really common reasons for owner surrender in shelters, but they were all things, interestingly, that were very addressable through clicker training. >> she's clearly very well behaved. we won't get into the long story but she ended up having to have surgery on her ears. she's now deaf, but she's responding really well to this clicker training and in the near future she'll be available for akopgs after you're done fostering her. and she's very well behaved. what kind of home would be good for her? >> she would need someone who is home a lot. but she loves kids and is somewhat active. so she'll need people who are ready to meet that challenge. >> great. but she is, again, more well

behaved than when you first met her. >> definitely, yes. >> the good thing about this new ability you've brought to the shelter is it's now a possibility for other animals who people might have been more afraid to adopt in the past because they may have been hyper or whatever the reason, you're now able to take care of that training before people come in. >> yeah. it's been supernice. we just brought ashley on board a month and a half ago. she's already started behavior problems with our animals and training others to use clicker training. and she's having play groups. it's been great. >> that's really good to know. we love sending people to come adopt from your shelter. so it's nice to know you have this program as well. we want to send you to pets in need.org to find out more about the pets on the website including henna who will be available for adoption soon. alexandra and ashby, thank you for joining us this morning, and henna. thanks to you for making us part
