the cooldown. >> not too i/kbad. going to be, today, the warmest day of the week, and then the rest of the week, closer to where we should be for this time of year. early in may,çó we should be in the 70s. we'll bring it back down. here's a live look at three of our microclimates and look at some of the cameras. in the tri-valley and peninsula as well, and the south bay, it's in the low to mid 50s heading out the door, and the north bay has now dropped down to 48 degrees. san francisco, as you get ready to head out, it's 51 degrees with patchy fog, and then highs this afternoon, look at this, going to be in the low to mid 80s today. de. east bay, 78 degrees. and 68 degrees in san francisco. so still nice and comfortable there. if you are planning to head out in the north bay, going to some of the hiking trails, it will be coolroh to start. a beautiful sunrise, it will be a lot of colors in the sky and 55 degrees. 78 degrees by 10:00. you see how quickly the temperatures jump up, and we'll

be into the low 70s or low 80s rather later on this afternoon. as you get a look out the window and you're getting ready for today, it will be a day for axd jacket indeed this morning and then shorts for the afternoon. maybe some layers just inq case you have to peel some of them)1o off as the temperatures are cool to start and then warming up. just for the north bay. and only on thursday. so until then, we stay mostly dry and then we'll be watching a couple more weather systems moving in by early next week. starting out late monday night into tuesday, so we may not be completely done with the rain yet. just looking farther ahead. there will be some showers on down the line. so it's all dry today. mostly sunny. expect a high of 68 degrees in san francisco. and cooler for the rest of the week as the winds pick up. we'll have high wind gusts on thursday, and then as we go into next week, the chance of rain goes from 83 today to 75 to and

then low 70s. even upper 60s just in time for the weekend. as we head over to mike, going across the bay bridge. >> this is the spot that we showed you a second ago, we're talking about the flashing lights. hard to make out from our emeryville camera, but we did spy them blocking one lane. it's something to watch as you're heading over there. the light, the treasure island tunnel. we're looking at your map. overall, it does not present a problem for the bridge right now. we'll watch for further action as they clear it from the span. the bridges are moving well here. san mateo and dumbarton bridge. let's take you to waze north of the golden gate bridge, the drive out of san anselmo. maybe oakland, a big city center, looking at a half hour drive coming across the san rafael and richmond bridge. it goes through the city, that's a delay, obviously, but we'll see how things shape up later on
