good morning. today, the u.s. supreme court could be in for a major overhaul in addition to key decisions. supreme court watchers speculating anthony kennedy could announce his resignation today. he turns 81 next month. turning things on its head with a nay or yay vote. gives donald trump a chance to put a fifth conservative on the bench, changing the court makeup for years to come. justice retirement is something that traditionally happens end of each term. we could also get word on the court's decision to take action on the president's travel ban against immigrants from six predominantly muslim countries. that ban is currently blocked by lower courts. congressional budget office could release analysis on gop senate health care bill as early as today. giving better idea what it will cost. the idea of the repeal law in

gond la ride at six flags. she was left dangling 25 feet in the air. a crowd gathered under the girl and one man promised to catch her. she fell into the crowd, was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. unclear how she slipped out in the first place. six flags released a statement saying the ride is cleared for operation, out of abundance of caution remains closed while they conduct a thorough internal review. tragic inferno in pakistan that started with a crash involving an overturned tanker. hundreds of villagers rushed to collect fuel when it burst into flames. >> reporter: anguish and disbelief, it turned into a deadly inferno. an oil tanker holding thousands

of gallons of fuel blew a tire and flipped, bursting into flames 45 minutes later. this video showing calm before the blast with locals, many of whom live on less than $3 a day rushing to the scene, using buckets and shopping bags to collect valuable fuel leaking from the damages tanker. witnesses say the crowd numbered in the hundreds before the explosion. this man says someone lit a match to smoke a cigarette when suddenly the explosion happened, engulfing villagers. my uncle escaped, but his son died. this is all that's left of the vehicles. many of the victims, including at least 20 children, were burned beyond recognition. officials say they have to be identified using dna, something that could take weeks. distraught relatives gathered at local hospitals, desperate for word of loved ones. many of the survivors suffered serious burns, alive but charred by the blaze. from coast to coast, rainbow

wildfires continue to spread across utah. this brush fire broke out over the weekend burning 300 acres and threatening nearby homes. officials say the fire is 50% contained. it comes as firefighters continue to battle the massive wildfire that has forced 1,500 people to evacuate. it is just 10% contained. martin shkreli, the ceo described as the most hated man in america set to stand trial in federal courthouse. he is facing charges of securities fraud, more than a year and a half after he was arrested. today, he will confront an 8 count indictment for allegedly cheating his company out of millions of dollars to pay investors in two separate hedge funds. esque accused for what prosecutors call a ponzi scheme.
