handled a sexual assault on one of its campuses. bob, united statesably parents are outraged over this case. what do we know about what's happening today? >> reporter: good morning. later today an independent investigator will present its results to the palo alto school board on how well or how poorly it handled an alleged sexual assault of a freshman girl behind me by a boy who was a junior at the time. this is according to the "pal al weekly." the school district first became aware of the alleged assault last year, but as we reported in may, parents were very angry when they learned the school district allowed the boy to remain tess school, not only after having been accused of the assault, but after having been convicted of another assault offcampus. that boy, who is a minor, eventually left palo alto high on its own.

all indexes closed at record highs, that's the first time they have all done that on the same day in six weeks. mcdonald's was on a bearish note by an analyst. the dow rising 61 points, the nasdaq up 22 to 6454. equifax is responding to backlash from consumers today. the company will waive the fee if you choose to freeze your credit report in the wake of its data breach. however that offer is only good for the next 30 days. equifax originally offered free credit monitoring for a year, and charging $10 to freeze your credit record. but they sdoufrd the p.i.n. codes were generated using the time and date they made their so if you already paid for a p.i.n. code, they will refund your. and the neverending pasta
