way in sonoma valley are told to leave their homes immediately. also, in napa county, parts of calistoga is now under a new mandatory evacuation order. that covers all residents north of grant street. south of grant street, evacuations are voluntary. >> in solano county, upper and lower green valley at i-80 and twin sisters road also evacuated. >> the new evacuations, some as the fires continue to rapidly spread. here is where things stand at this hour. 60,000 acres burned in sonoma and napa county. but, with another red flag warning coming, firefighters worry this could intensify over the next 24 hours. meantime, the death toll is rising and stands at 17 people. more than 2,000 homes and businesses are gone. right now, we have live team
5:01 am
coverage. our crews are spanned the north bay this morning. kari hall is tracking the weather, what the firefighters are facing and mike is on the road closures still under way. >> bob redell kicks off coverage from glen ellen in sonoma county, in an area where there are new evacuation orders there. bob? >> reporter: good morning. we are san witched between highway 12 and the nuns fire burning behind me outside glen ellen. they have a sonoma valley fire truck here. some of the firefighters asleep, one is awake, on watch to make sure as the fire heads in our direction, which is toward the west, down the hill, they would be ready to lay water on that fire. right now, he says this fire is moving towards the right side of your tv screen, which would be the southern direction and it's hard to see in the dark. you can see flames and if you were to look from left to right, you could look probably to the north about a good quarter mile and there's a lot of red up
5:02 am
there. that gives ewe sense of how vast the fire is, the nuns fire. as the firefighters tell us, it is heading to the south. that's why you have new, mandatory evacuations put into effect overnight for the people in the hills here. mainly talking moon mountain road, mission way, london way, martin road, cavedale road and adobe way. cavedale road is a different direction. there are a bunch of homes up there. the firefighter doesn't know the situation on weather any of those homes went up. he is not in touch with those firefighters. they are very busy right now. according to cal fire on just the nuns fire burning in sonoma county. according to the last update, which was 10:00 last night, only 1% of this fire is contained. it is burning 5,000 acres. again, we are talking highway 12, north of glen ellen. they have 1,000 firefighters on
5:03 am
the line, just battling this fire alone. we expect an update at 7:00 this morning. so, in a couple hours from now. based on the activity we are seeing here, based on the fact we are seeing a lot of flames and the fire has not laid down in the overnight hours, we expect that acreage to grow. again, the western edge of the nun's fire off highway 12. i want to show video that the sonoma county sheriff's office released overnight on facebook. this is just after the fire started sunday night in sonoma. it gives you a sense of how fast this grew. this is video taken from the dashcam of a deputy squad car as he was driving down or she was driving down the road at the on set of the fire as it started in sonoma county. it's remarkable video and gives you a sense of how fast things got so dangerous. live in sonoma county, bob redell, "today in the bay."
5:04 am
>> also, that perspective of what they go into. >> exactly. just how dangerous the job is. >> people are evacuating and that's what they are driving into. thank you so much, bob. napa county, the wind driven flames spread. thousands are told to leave everything they have behind and get to a safe place. >> "today in the bay's" pete suratos is live in calistoga where new evacuation orders were announced. pete, you just spoke with evacuees. >> reporter: good morning to you marcus and laura. yes, we spoke to evacuees. i want to set the scene of where we are at. lincoln avenue and foothills boulevard. chp is blocking off this area because people are being told to evacuate. you have a truck here driving off. they have their belongings in there, trying to get out of the area. people have been told to evacuate north of grant street thachlt is a mandatory evacuation.
5:05 am
we are not talking voluntary, but mandatory evacuation for folks north of grant street. when you talk about the tubbs fire, this is where it originated. we talk about the effects of sonoma county as it went through, but it originated here in calistoga west of this area on highway 128 and bennet lane. as you mentioned, marcus, we spoke to evacuees trying to gas up here. some of these gas stations are running out of gas in this area. we talked to one person who said they have been on pins and needles waiting to get that evacuation notice from the area. they had their game plan ready and they are ready go. here is that person i spoke to as they were leaving the area. what ran through your mind? >> next step. kind of put the plan into action. we'll go ahead and drive down, rally with family there at the family's winery and take a move off there, probably go further
5:06 am
on south toward the bay area, sacramento with more family. material things are not an issue. making sure everyone, friends and family have what they need. getting out is what counts for me. >> reporter: this mandatory evacuation is in place due to the changing fire conditions. that is what we are told by cal fire. i think we have that information on the screen as far as how you can get out of this area. if you know a family member in this area and you are watch thg newscast, they are told they are north of grant street to exit the city, then south to dippendale lane or you could leave the city use zing sr-29 south. there's a shelter in place at napa valley college. that information was put out by the napa county sheriff's department. out here live, chp is in place. they are giving people directions as far as how to get
5:07 am
out of the area. if you are north of grant street, leaving calistoga. this is a mandatory evacuation north of grant street. the other areas with an advisory in place. you can voluntarily evacuate if need be. back to you in the news room. >> a lot of people have to get ready for that. thank you very much, pete. solano residents, four evacuation centers in place. >> this weather really played a big role in the fire. it isn't helping firefighters battle the flachls. >> meteorologist kari hall continues the team coverage with with a closer look at the threat crews are facing in the coming days. >> when you look at this map and look at all the different fires burning at this point and 70,000 acres right now with very little containment. so, it's just astounding to see all these areas right now that are dealing with these fires and
5:08 am
now we are getting ready for the new red flag warning that will be effective starting tonight at 5:00. the winds will start to pick up out of the north to northeast at 20-30 miles an hour. don't expect it to be as windy as sunday night, but we may have gusts, over 50 miles an hour for some of the higher elevations, some of the hills. that's where we have the red flag warnings in effect. lower humidity as well as the dold front. it will bring in dry conditions. so, if you are south of where the fires are burning right now, if you can see the flames or if you can smell that smoke as the wind shifts from the north, it could push those embers south. you must stay alert and be ready to evacuate if you are not already under a mandatory evacuation. the worst wind comes early tomorrow morning before the sunrise. we'll continue to monitor that situation as the winds increase and more on that, coming up later.
5:09 am
marcus and laura. >> thank you so much, kari. it is still touch and go for the area of oakmont. the area surrounding the oakmont area, we were there all day yesterday on "today in the bay" as the crews began to hold the line. >> jean elle reports, firefighters are stretched to the limit. >> reporter: as we head into day four of aggressive fire fights in santa rosa, residents and firefighters are tired. here in oakmrkont and the areas around it, devastating loss. yesterday, we saw shifting winds. residents jumped in to help firefighters save homes. it's exhausting, dangerous and emotional. santa rosa firefighters say several co-workers lost everything in the tubbs fire, but they keep coming to work to save someone else's home. firefighters are proud of the hard work they do and devastated
5:10 am
so many in the community lost so much. right now, they remain focused on beating back the flames. in santa rosa, jean elle, nbc bay area news. we want to tell you about all school that is are closed in santa rosa. they will be closed all week. no word, yet, about next week. we have seen the severe damage to our cardinal newman high school. unified, solano county and fairfield will be closed. the complete list of schools impacted, go to www.nbcbayarea.com. >> 5:10. let's take a break from this and actually check in with mike. not taking a break from it, but we need to know about the roads in that area that are affected. off highway 101. even though 101 is open through santa rosa as it was yesterday,
5:11 am
off ramps are closed in many areas. folks trying to get on or off the freeway may be impeded because of the fire activity. driving through santa rosa, slowing in that zone. if you are trying to drive to santa rosa, be specific of why you are going there. a lot of folks aren't in the area anymore. we talked about the evacuations. the latest up here. highway 29. i cluttered the screen with the orange squares where there are major road closures. north of grant street as pete was talking about. we know about this area. glen ellen for highway 12 has opened more sections there. we have the smoke and fire traveling through this area. laura talked about the upper and lower green valley. that's a new evacuation shone. i-80 is moving slowly. the commute, we have a major delay on the peninsula because
5:12 am
of the problem on the bart tracks between sfo and south san francisco. we'll track that. we have police activity in san jose. kris is on that. >> thank you very much. coming up, breaking news coverage of the north bay continues. the winds are shifting, the flames are moving. where crews are battling the wildfires coming up in a live report. a chaotic scene inside a san jose strip mall. several people are injured. now, the search for suspects and answers. what police officers left with that could give a clue.
5:13 am
5:14 am
5:15 am
right now at 5:15, we continue to monitor the wind speed this is morning as we start out. light, northerly wind. the winds will increase out of the north later today and we may have gusts over 50 miles an hour. a look at the forecast and what you can expect coming up in five minutes. >> we have a lot of updates for the north bay transit agencies. i'll enumerate those coming up. we are tracking the delays off the bart system. we'll give you that update as well. >> we are tracking breaking news in san jose involving a late night shooting in a strip mall. >> four people are injured. kris sanchez is live with what police are saying so far about what happened. kris? >> reporter: good morning to you, laura and marcus. the police officers just cleared this scene here where the
5:16 am
violence erupted just before midnight, just before closing time inside this vietnamese restaurant listed as a sports bar. you can see how chaotic the scene was as officers in full body armor were pulling people out. at that point, just before midnight, officers couldn't tell whether the victims were involved in this. at this point, they conclude the four people injured either shot or stabbed were victims and not involved in what is possibly a shooting and stabbing. the four victims were treated. all of them are expected to survive. now the search is on for suspects. at this point, sjpd is not giving a description of the suspect or the get away vehicle. if that changes, we will pass that information on to you. is t scene is here at a strip mall. the scene is contained in the
5:17 am
parking lot. again, the officers just left. no lights, no crime scene tape. there should not be an impact on traffic. i did see at least one officer walking out with a black box, what appeared to be, perhaps a hard drive or dvr. hopefully that surveillance video in there, if there is some, will yield clues about who the suspects were, then we will know if there is a public danger. kris sanchez, "today in the bay." >> thank you. back to the other top story of the morning, just in from sonoma county, officials say they have 300 missing person reports. 110 people have been found. >> "today in the bay's" jay gray continues coverage from napa at the silverado golf course with a look at the damage left behind. jay? >> reporter: good morning, marcus, laura. i want to give you a firsthand look of what the fire is doing.
5:18 am
we have seen this scene. not a lot left. the flames totally gutting this home, rubble and ash here. that's seen playing out across the entire area right now. we talked about those missing and those that have been found. that's another scene that will continue to play out. it's been calm overnight, not a lot of wind. that's good news, allowing the teams to make a little bit of progress. don't kid yourself, we are nowhere near any type of containment here. that's going to take some time, weeks, if not months. i know you have been talking about that. the concern is the wind is going to pick up. the forecast says it's going to pick up later this evening and thursday morning. that is just going to push this fire. police in this area, talking to us, we made our way in. things still locked down. they don't want people coming back in now. they want everything secure and safe, then they will let people get in and assess the damage
5:19 am
themselves and recover anything they can. when you see scenes like this, there's not a lot that can be pulled from this. they have a start over. a lot of people say they are going to do that. it will take time. it will be a tough go for quite some time. >> a lot of people, that's all they have. so sad. jay gray with the latest, thank you so much. >> we continue to watch this as firefighters watch the fire, they have to watch the weather right now because that's playing a factor in the spread of the fire. >> right. we don't have any containment now. that's the hard thing about it. we are expecting the winds to pick up. we know this situation is going to get a lot worse before it gets better, unfortunately. we are going to continue to keep a close eye on every variable here that will play into weather or not we can get containment in the next few days. looking at the future cast, this shows the wind speeds. it is calm with the winds out of the north. it may push more of the smoke into parts of the bay area
5:20 am
throughout the day. then the winds pick up. we can see the arrows rushing faster. there will be higher gusts at times as we go into tonight. 5:00, the red flag warning begins, once again. the winds will be strong as we go into tonight and early tomorrow morning. most sustained winds at 15 miles an hour at times. with higher gusts, that is what is going to be definitely playing a major role here at we head into early tomorrow morning. the good news, this morning, we start with higher relative humidity. then, as we look at the air quanty, it's going to be another day with very dangerous and healthy air quality. starting out this morning, we see there is smoke and if you have to get outside today, limit your time out there. turn the air-conditioning on recirculate and wear a breathing mask if you have to spend a lot of time outdoors. if you see symptoms seek medical
5:21 am
attention. we are going to have cooler weather today, thanks to the front moving in. once again, that is going to increase the winds through the day and the bay area, looking at temperatures in the upper 60s to upper 70s for the inland valley. mike, you are outlining the north bay transit. >> right. i'm concerned. we saw so many cars throughout the area. so, folks may be trying to get around. sonoma county transit has limited bus service. we have vine, the limited service. golden gate transit to and from. watch for the update on their website. check those. the reason they continue to change the pattern is because of the closures. highway 29 closed from grant street. we talk about the evacuation zone. pete suratos is there. we are talking about the shift here. glen ellen, the traffic flow. highway 12 is open. avoid that area. smoke coming here between napa and fairfield. i heard about escorts for travis
5:22 am
boulevard and off i-80. i-80 itself, remains open. that's all fire related stuff. on the peninsula, we have a delay for part from sfo. some sort of equipment problem for the eastbound trains. we'll track that for bart as well. back to you. >> thank you, mike. coming up, breaking news, evacuation orders for two new neighborhoods. the areas in danger. >> if you need an evacuation center in your area, we made it easy. log on to www.nbcbayarea.com for a running list of evacuation orders and places you can go. progress firefighters are making

5:24 am
5:25 am
a good wednesday morning to you. 5:25. we continue to follow the progrez firefighters are making on the fires burning in the north county. these are pictures near glen ellen. you just see the glow. the glow and the embers as well. that could be a danger for later in the day. a red flag warning goes into effect with the winds picking up in the northeast. could be a tough one. zero containment. >> many images like those, the crews are gathering pictures and video. you can seeing those shocking images here on the news. of course, many people are gathering their own images. >> scott mcgrew joins us with
5:26 am
their own record of the disaster. >> images to show their children around grandchildren when talking about the fire storm of 2017. many captured pictures as they were fleeing their home. this is from andrea mclaughlin. prayer she says for everyone who is not able to evacuate. nick shows us the devastation in his neighborhood as he drives along, just total devastation. all the homes gone. stacy from santa rosa is the wife of a firefighter. she's posting these pictures of the largely hopeless fire the santa rosa firefighters had trying to save homes. some firefighters slept up against a cinder block wall last night for warmth. that cinder block warmed from all the fires. then, of course, we have the cinder block there as the one i was talking about. the ultimate in irony. station 5 in santa rosa burned to the ground as firefighters
5:27 am
were elsewhere trying to save other people's homes. just incredible. >> it really is. it's almost overwhelming. picture after picture. >> we are going talk about the damages and how much this may cost later. billions upon billions. >> thank you. stick with nbc bay area for continuing coverage. at 9:00 a.m., we are going to have meetings on our website at www.nbcbayarea.com. >> 5:27. coming up, new stress and new evacw evacuations at this hour. we are live with a look at the ferocious flames taking over communities this morning. the progress, if any, firefighters are making. >> reporter: new, mandatory evacuations in sonoma county. you are looking at the nuns fire threatening homes. right now at 5:30 -- there two

new [ inaudible ] right now, at 5:30, there are two new evacuation orders you need to know about this morning. new video you can see and hear those fast moving flames. sonoma, napa and solano county, thousands are being evacuated at this hour. good morning and thank you for joining us. i'm marcus washington. >> i'm laura garcia. our coverage continues on the devastating wildfire tearing through the north bay this
5:31 am
morning. there are two new evacuation orders. in sonoma county, the area of moon mountain road, mission way, martin road and adobe way in sonoma valley told to leave their homes immediately. in the meantime, in napa county, parts of calistoga under new evacuation orders. that covers north of grant street. south of grant street, evacw evacuations are still voluntary. >> in solano county, upper and lower green valley off 180 near fairfield. the twin sisters road is also evacuated. we are getting new information by the minute, include thg from sonoma county leaders about ten minutes ago. authorities there have been working 300 missing person reports. of those, 110 have been located and found. the county is confirming 11
5:32 am
deaths at this hour out of the 17 fire related deaths in northern california. also, at least 60,000 acres have burned already? noma, napa and solano counties. 2,000 homes or businesses are gone. firefighters are worried these fires will spread even more. we have team coverage this morning to get you to speed on that breaking news overnight. our crews are spanned throughout the north bay this morning. kari hall is tracking the weather firefighters are facing and mike is on the road closures under way this morning. >> first, bob redell picks up coverage in sonoma county. what have you learned in the past 30 minutes, bob? >> reporter: a will the of new evacuation orders in the hills behind me. east, toward the nuns fire, this is one of the major fires burning in sonoma county. the last update is 5,000 acres, only 1% contained. we expect a new update around
5:33 am
7:00 this morning. in the foreground, you can see the sonoma valley fire and rescue. they are firefighters that have been out here all night. they are out here because that fire is slowly creeping down the hill. if it gets too close, they are here to protect a home in this area. it looks like, if you look to the right side of your tv screen tharks is the south direction. that is the general direction of where the fire is headed. the concern, though, is there's been so much weather out here, they don't know if it could end upcoming in our direction. >> if it starts getting close, we are going to try to steer the fire around it. >> reporter: what kind of behavior are you observing? >> right now? it's kind of slowly backing down the hill a little bit. if the wind picks up, you know, it's going to get intense. >> reporter: these are the mandatory evacuations overnight for people who live in the nuns
5:34 am
fire area. by the way, that firefighter did say they believe everyone got out okay. that's from his conversation on the two-way with his colleagues that are up there. you are looking at the nuns fire. ca cavedale. adobe way. the authorities are asking for anyone who lives along highway 12 to be ready to go. you are not under a mandatory evacuation as of yet, but they are asking your bags are packed and ready to go. to the right side of your tv screen thar screen, that is the southern direction, heading in that direction of highway 12 if the firefighters aren't able to put a stop to this. one thing that is interesting to note, it is chilly out here tonight. it is cold. you can see your breath out
5:35 am
here. in spite of the cool temps, we have this going on. bob redell, "today in the bay." >> some of them, we have driven so many roads, to hear it over and other. >> and see the aftermath. as the flames spread, the weather isn't helping firefighters make progress. >> bob mentioned, a cold start to the day, but the winds are going to move in. >> the winds are expected to pick up later this evening. i want to show you where the four main wildfires are burning. the tubbs fire, 28,000 acres just north of calistoga and this could be moving into calistoga. that's why we have the new evacuations there. the nuns fire where bob redell was, looking at glen ellen, that's 5,000 acres. look at all the a acreage we have burning. unfortunately, it may get worse before it gets better. this morning, very light winds, except the delta breeze at 15 miles an hour. the winds are expected to pick
5:36 am
up later this evening and the winds are blowing from north to south. we are going to have another morning being choked out fwi smoke, looking across the bay to the east bay and into san francisco. red flag warning in effect means increased fire danger, especially in those north bay and east bay hills. of course, we are continuing to keep a close eye on the north bay hills because that's where the fires are now. we'll continue to watch those wind speeds. red flag warning kicks in, 5:00 this evening. marcus and laura. >> thank you very much, kari. it is 5:36. not just the north bay, many areas dealing with the unhealthy air. >> anser hassan is live in santa rosa. anser, face masks are in demand for a lot of people in that area. >> reporter: yeah, as the smoke intensifies, so has the haze. we have seen people in the north bay wearing these types of
5:37 am
masks. health officials say it will be much more important over the next 24 hours as the winds move south to the san francisco area and the east bay, creating dangerous breathing conditions. all of us need to be wearing these types of masks today. the bay area air quality management says if you have a face mask, you need to wear it today, especially children and the elderly. health officials say it's best to use face masks that look like this one, one with a particulate res pictu respirator. that includes bacteria and other viruses. the valve reduces heat build up. they cost $10 to $25. as the red flags warnings move to other parts of the bay area, smoke from the wildfires is
5:38 am
expected to get worse. we have seen how the fire impacted san francisco, so health officials are warning everyone to wear these masks, especially folks with asthma, heart or lung disease or other respiratory problems. we are at the finley center. chris chmura will be out here with face masks, phone charging centers and snacks for everyone. he will be answering insurance questions you have. later, he will be at napa valley college. these face masks important for today. great that chris will be here handing them out. health officials warning all of us in the bay area, you are going to need these today. live in santa rosa, anser hassan, "today in the bay." >> thank you very much. good advise there. now, a heart breaking moment. this is ricardo. he has arrived at what's left of his glen ellen home yesterday. his three-bedroom home where he lived with his wife and three
5:39 am
daughters, now gone. the cars destroyed. you can see there, as you saw there, him just overcome with emotion. he tells us it is all that is left. he don't know how to tell his daughters the only home they have ever known is gone. >> you can feel the heart ache. >> many people are wondering how they can help victims of the fire. we have a link on our website with ideas. you can visit www.nbcbayarea.com. the link is under the top story box. we'll try to tweet that out. the weather has played a huge role in all of this, red flag alert in the future. kari? >> with the very changeable wind pattern here that we have, it is advised you do not try to go back to your home. the air quality is dangerous in the north bay and unhealthy with the winds shifting from the north, picking up this evening
5:40 am
at 20-30 miles an hour. we get a look out there this morning, we are reminding you to limit your outdoor exposure to the smoke, turn the air-conditioning on recirculate and wear a breathing mask as anser showed us. if you feel symptoms, it is time to seek immediate medical attention. mike, you are monitoring how the roads are moving. >> north bay, avoid the area. we have the closures that continue to change. highway 12 open in many areas through glen ellen. bob is talking about the new evacuations. oakmont, new evacuations. highway 29 closed through calistoga. you can evacuate to the centers. the fire continues to shift over here. we are watching i-80. even though it's east of i-80, we have no problem as far as the traffic flow on this interstate heading to or from carquinez bridge. the commute south of the bay
5:41 am
bridge, we have a bart problem. big delay. five to ten minute delays, but maybe growing heading north from the sfo area to the east bay. the east bay builds as well because of a back up at the toll plaza. it shows a standard back up from the maze. no problems south of here. back to you. >> thank you very much. 5:41. coming up, stories of survival. >> in the last hour, hour and a half. come down the canyon. >> as we continue our breaking news wildfire coverage, we are learning about the great lengths people are going to to try to save their homes. >> as far as it has homes that have been damaged or destroyed, can we even estimate how much that is going to cost? we are certainly going to try when "today in the bay" continues.
5:42 am
5:43 am
5:44 am
right now, 5:44, critical fire danger kicking in as a red fire flag goes into effect. areas in the north bay are on high alert. coming up in five minutes, who should be on alert and what to expect as we go into the next 24 hours. traffic moves well. recovery mode, that's the good news from sfo to the east bay. i'm talking about how traffic is affected by the north bay fires. 5:44. a new look at the sheer scope of
5:45 am
the devastation in the north bay. this is a time lapse look at the neighborhoods in santa rosa ravaged by the wildfire. on many streets, nothing left. hundreds of evacuees attended a meeting with a representative along with firefighters. santa rosa's fire chief spoke tough as he spoke of crews been overwhelmed the night the fires started. >> victims gave firefighters a spontaneous standsing ovation for efforts to save their homes. >> here are more details. sonoma county operating close to 40 evacuation centers. we look at which ones are open. 11 centers are at full capacity.
5:46 am
another dozen or so have room available. seven centers in santa rosa and five in sonoma. head to our web page for a link to the latest list. pg&e says crews started assessing damage on tuesday. nearly 800 crew members will respond according to the utilities website. tuesday afternoon, pg&e reported 75,000 customers without power. the utility shut off gas to 44,000 customers. >> too early to figure out how much all of this damage will cost. some of the initial guess is -- >> scott mcgrew, in the billions. >> billions upon billions. marcus is right, we can't estimate damage. the damage simply isn't over. this morning, we are hearing of new evacuations. core logic has taken a look at the overall value of what's burned and what may burn.
5:47 am
5 billi$5 billion in damage, ba what it will cost to rebuild those home that is have been leveled or in danger of burning down. 11% of homes in napa and santa rosa are high or extreme risk of damage. by compareson, the 1985 earthquake did $7 billion of damage in modern dollars from the maria to santa cruz in watsonville. the $5 billion estimate is just the starting point. when you factor in all the homes that may be at risk, that number explodes, something like $85 billion. that would put it around the cost of hurricane sandy. again, this is a total worse case number. the worst was hurricane katrina, $160 billion. those estimates are based on rebuilding. there are so many unknowns about that. we have a shortage of construction crews in the san francisco bay area.
5:48 am
presumably many will return to help build. here is one, the effect op budgets, cities and counties, the evacuation centers, rescues, firefighters. no tourism dollars are going to come in for a long time. no tax dollars as well. remember, if your house burned down, even if it suffered just 10% damage, you are eligible to ask for an emergency suspension of your property tax. i'm going to tweet out how to file that appeal. there's no reason to pay property tax if it's a wreck. >> the land of the property. >> the city and county are spending money on firefighters. where is that money going to come from? these are questions we have to answer later. >> the congressman was desperate for fema to kick in. and they didn't get all the help they needed from the earthquake. they are going to need it. thank you, scott. very concerning. >> absolutely. take a look at this picture here. this is near glen ellen.
5:49 am
