business headlines. wall street looks to see more red arrows at the open after friday's massive selloff, asian and european markets are down today. the dow suffered its worst point drop friday since the uk's brexit vote in june 2016 and sixth worst ever. behind the selloff, friday's better than expected jobs report pushed up bond prices, the treasury note hit a four-year lie. investors are worried that interest rates may be rising too fast. the dow dropping 666 points friday to 25,520, the nasdaq falling to 7,240. some iphone x users have discovered a bug that prevents them from answering phone calls. the financial times reports when it rings the touch screen appears to be delayed from turning on for up to ten seconds and that is preventing users from tapping the virtual button to answer it. apple says it's looking into

in the mission district and san francisco north bay up to 75 degrees in novato, santa rosa 77. so starting out this morning it's one of those days that starts out cool, but warms up so you need a jacket and a dress would be a good option because later on today it's going to feel more like spring. we still have some mostly clear skies, still tracking that storm system staying well to the north of us, that will not dip into the bay area so more sunshine, more record high temperatures and throughout the week san francisco stays in the 70s and even some upper 60s. slightly cooler for the weekend as the winds shift a bit, but still no rain in this forecast. all clear and sunny throughout this whole week. mike, you were saying it's a great start on the roads. not sunny, but clear on the roads as well. look at all this green, coming out of the altamonte pass and the south county. out of the altamonte a little slowing as it traditional, but i

showed you the live camera toward dublin, easy drive through the interchange, no problem, castro valley continuing across the san mateo and dumbarton bridges, there is the benicia and carquinez bridges, moving fine as well. on the tracks we are looking at no delays for these systems coming into the area and through the area for bart. we will take a look at the north bay, san rafael southbound 101, a smooth easy drive and clear roadway right now. uber and lyft can be -- parents who really need help getting their kids around time, but kids can't sign up until they're 18 years old. >> our investigative unit exposed the dangers of riding along and under age and went under cover to find out how widespread this problem may impact your child. here is investigative reporter liz wagner. >> reporter: good morning.

our investigative unit producer here signed up to drive for uber, we put this camera in the car and we hit the streets near schools all across the bay area. >> it didn't take long to get pinged by kids. many told us they use ride shares all the time, but both uber and lyft say kids under 18 can't ride alone and drivers can't pick them up. each time we got requests from kids in our uber we declined the rides but that didn't stop other drivers from picking them up. when we used lyft to call cars for these kids most drivers had no problem with it. state regulators require ride shares that primarily transport children to put their drivers through extra background checks to help keep kids safe but those rules don't apply to uber and lyft because their services are supposed to be for adults, but as we found going under cover both companies are transporting kids. now, the state is trying to figure out if it should impose more regulations on these companies. if you'd like to watch our full investigation it's online right

>> consumer investigator chris chmura with the story now and the tricky word all of us need to look out for in the doctor's office. >> good morning. brad abell says his doctor at kizer recommended an ultrasound machine to help fix his broken foot. he said he asked if his kizer insurance covered it and he said the doctor's office said, yes, it's covered, but brad later got a bill for $842 but not from kaiser, it was from a kaiser vendor that actually owned the machine. brad challenged the bill and lost, so he called us. we called kaiser, it opened an inquiry and brad got his $842 back. the kaiser spokesperson said privacy law prevented her from discussing brad's case. if i could rewind time i would recommend that brad get a written estimate from the doctor and vendor saying the machine was covered and that the price was zero. the tricky lingo here is the wordva:x "covered." kaiser noted in general that

really warm temperatures and still no rain in today's forecast. so as we head out the door no need for the umbrella, just the sunglasses. we are seeing some all clear skies right now in san jose, throughout the day we will go from 50 degrees to 75 degrees at 4:00 today. we will talk some more about those numbers coming up, but, mike, you are looking at the approach to the bay bridge. >> i was watching some flashing lights. there are a couple of sets of lights remaining. they are over off to the shoulder. this is 580 and 80 merge over toward the bay bridge toll plaza. the approach that's what was going on, but never slowing showing up here on on our speed sensors for our maps. coming off the of the berkeley curve and heading over toward the bay bridge, that's the one. there's the bay bridge backup, the metering lights not yet on, but you saw the backup for the cash lanes. we will check on that in a few minutes. eastbound getting out of the city there is a disabled vehicle reported coming down toward treasure island. we will check on that status once the bridge crew arrives, the rest of the bay an
