marin county and the teachers are saying the school district is ignoring their complaint. >> two teachers in this ham ill union district say they reported student misconduct and the school district looked the other way. >> like other women in this district i've been sexual misconduct, stalked, intimidated, threatened, bullied and deshamed by male students. >> this teacher tells the school district board of trustees she has complained about students sexually harassing her and the district isn't acting. she's not the first to speak up. >> when male students ask what would she look like without her clothes on. no support. >> redwood high school teacher jessica crabtree raised similar concerns with the same board in january. the district has hired an attorney to investigate.

but what about the newer commuters? we all know parking at bart can be a pain and long time riders know the rules but what about the newer commuters. >> a lot of people complaining they are getting citations after paying for parking, old technology causing some headaches. >> yes, several riders turned to us when they got ticketed because bart parking machines let them pay for spots that turned out not to be valid. we looked into it and went to bart for answers. >> i was driving this way, having never parked in this particular lot. >> same story for this commuter. >> i don't ride bart often so i hadn't been familiar. >> and this out of town traveller. >> it can get frustrating not knowing if you are doing the

right thing. >> and this east bay man. >> not like i was trying to break the rules just trying to get somewhere. >> at this one only mapark in wh a permit, at 10:00 spots are available to anyone for $3. the others half are for pea parking the rest for holders until 10:00 when those open up. lots of parking information on signs and lines on the ground separating spots here from spots here. bart says parking instructions are clear but riders say they are clear as mud. parkers punched the small numbers into the machine and paid the fee no problem. >> you go to the bart station and walk through. >> it allowed me to pay for parking. >> the machine gives you a receipt and i thought, okay, i'm

gripes going back to 2013. why was i able to key in stall 339 and pay for that stall. the machine should have prompted a warning. please update your parking machine. this would really help since most of the parking lots are not very clear. >> why doesn't the parking machine help someone for a spot they're about to pay for isn't valid. >> so the parking machines don't provide that flexibility. >> so this spokes person says bart doesn't want the flexibility to alert riders they may be parking in an incorrect spot. due to ongoing construction permit areas change and say it would be impossible to track and reprogram the numbers. >> can bart commit to taking another look at this? >> this is not something that needs to be addressed. it's not confusing. not confusing at rock ridge and plenty of people are parking there and following the rules,

and a lot of people not following the rules. >> we found sign violations make up about a third of all citations system wide. impossible to tell how many are intentional versus innocent mistakes. she says if riders get ticketed can always appeal and bart dismisses almost 40% in sign violation in permit zones. but some lost others don't bother. now they all know not to make the same mistake twice. >> yes i definitely learned the hard way. >> take away, if you are new to bart, study the website and signs. they have new parking fees based on demand. requiring an upgrade to the machine. bart says the goal is to make them more flexible but not when it comes to recognizing specific you stall numbers. >> very good point. be careful where you point.

keep temperatures cooler heading to the afternoon. santa rosa 59 degrees. concord 63. 56 in san francisco. mega difference from this time last week whether we had upper 70 is to 83 and our record setting temperatures. extended forecast on valentine's day, the clouds, drizzle at the coast, dry all the way through sunday, possibly low snow next monday and higher elevation up to 2,000 feet. next change may not come until february 24th to the 28th with potentially storm systems coming our way. in the inland valley stay with a trend of 60 in the next several days. real quick pyeongchang we do have 30 over the next two-day forecast right now. so a lot of moving parts but eventually we'll get rain falling here. very frustrating.
