more changes are coming to san francisco's twitter. twitter ceo jack dorsey says every day users will get blue check marks if they can prove without a doubt who they are. that should cut down on fake accounts run by russians. now, twitter has tried this in the past and it didn't work out very well. started giving these blue check marks to all kinds of people including racists and while supremacists because twitter had established who they were. but people interpret that blue check mark as symbolizing some kind of legitimacy or even an endorsement. so the twitter -- twitter took the blue check mark away. how it's different this time we really don't know. big news in the battle fournette neutrality as well. you remember the fcc ended rules that pro tengted net neutrality and allowed of groups have been suing to get them back. well, a federal judicial panel says it's going to combine all of those lawsuits and put those lawsuits in front of an appellate court.
