president trump's attorneys are reportedly doing everything they can to stop a "60 minutes" interview featuring stormy daniels from interviewing. lawyers are preparing to file a legal injunction against the taped interview said to air next week. mr. trump's personal attorney michael cohen referred buzzfeed to his lawyer who did not comment on any pending injunction. cohen obtained a restraining order against the adult film actress in late february to prevent her from speaking out about an alleged intimate relationship with mr. trump. both the white house and cohen say that the president denies the affair. daniels whose legal name is stephanie clifford signed a nondisclosure agreement days before the election that granted her $130,000 in what her lawyer calls hush money. she's now suing claim it's invalid because mr. trump never signed it. president xi jinping is poised to rule china indefinitely after sweeping changes to the nation's

so police and fire divers entered the water and removed the other five. >> witnesses report the helicopter filling up with water almost as soon as it hit the water. >> it looked almost like it was supposed to land for a second, like it was making an emergency water landing but within like literally a minute it was completely submerged. >> police say the aircraft is owned by liberty helicopter tours and hired for a private photo shoot. according to audio posted on-line the helicopter reported an engine failure during a mayday call to air traffic control. the helicopter has been secured in the water and will be towed to a nearby heliport. the agency plans to send a team to investigate the crash. authorities have not identified the victim. leading the news families are taking legal action against a fertility clinic ohio where more than 2,000 frozen eggs and embryos may have been damaged do you to a storage tank failure. the hospital official says now more than 600 families or
