police say a gunman wearing just a green jacket opened fire at a waffle house. they say he arrived at the waffle house after 3:00 a.m. >> he got out of his truck armed with a ar-15 rivfle and started shooting. there was two persons outside of the restaurant and they were the first two hit fatality. >> he entered the restaurant and began shooting. it stopped when a customer stepped in. >> i ran through the swivel door, i hit him, and the gun was jammed up and pushed down and we were scuffling and i managed to get him, one hand on the gun, and i got the gun thrown over the counter top. >> reinking fled.

they searched his apartment and found a gun. in 2017 he was arrested for crossing a security barrier at the white house. the police department received information that the gun's were returned by county authorities to reinking's father who has now acknowledged giving them back to his son. >> one of those guns, an ar-15, was used in the shooting. now police are looking for reinking and the two missing weapons. nearly 2,000 people gathered in albuquerque for the woman that died on the southwest flight. he also said that her legacy will live on through their two children. >> physically she may not be
