a health alert. i )m kris sanchez -- in for laura. and i )m marcus washington. let )s get straight to it. a health advisory for people living in martinez and pacheco. officials say there )s been an (incident at the shell refinery in martinez. this is the alert that )s going out right now. it says people with respiratory sensitivities could be affected. there )s apparently an issue wih a unit at the refinery. and a potential for odors to leave the refinery. however most will not be affected. no word yet on what the incident is. our sharon katsuda is heading to the refinery. we )ll have no word on what the incident is. we are heading to the refinery right now. we'll have a live report as soon as she arrives. we want to go to see what the a

san jose and being here in the bay area we can all feel minor changes in the bay area. we are definitely warmer than where we should be. it is 7 degrees warmer than we were yesterday at this time. morgan hill is 14 degrees warmer right now than it was yesterday morning when you walked out the door and 12 degrees warmer in concord and livermore. it will be mostly cloudy if your heading to diridon station. as we take a look at our high temperatures up to 82 in palo alto. 91 in concord and l to mid-80s for much of the north bay. san francisco reaching up to 71 degrees. it is a day for the summer gear. i'm talking about a sleeveless shirt and shorts especially if it is a day off of work. it will be very humid as well. let's talk about the clouds and the humidity. we are seeing a lot of clouds

rolling right over the bay area. this is actually tapping into what was tropical storm fabio. it is very far away from the bay area. 1,400 miles away and we are feeling the humidity but that tropical storm also kicking up high waves so there is a beach hazard statement in effect. we may have waves of 7 to 12 feet as we go into tomorrow because of tropical storm fabio that is 1,400 miles away. a lot of people plan to head to the beach. we will reach up to 95 tomorrow and 90 on sunday. the 90s extend into next week. san francisco staying at a comfortable 72 degrees -- 71 today. anything happening out there on the roads? >> ever since the 4th of july it has ban light week in terms of traffic conditions. we are see ago couple road hazards popping up. by road hazards i mean there are
