westbound slowing a bit. it is heading towards the back up itself. the upper east shore shows a smooth flow. we have bay point and conquered a little bit towards 680. the interchange does move well. we are showing you silicon valley. it is the same thing for 880. you'll notice more traffic building. a smoother easier drive now. this is northbound 101 and the earlier flooding had that but it has been clear frd about 20 minutes now. >> all right. thank you very much. getting breaking news into our news room. four more boys out of the cave in thailand. news coming down in just the last five minutes or so. so eight in total have been pulled out.

morning. chris is live for us in san h jose. your commute will be slower. the bus bridges were cancelled. we have seen people on the vta trains already this morning. as for the deadly crash surveillance shows the train dragging the car more than 100 yards. they have been say ago lot about
