the woman accused of tossing a small dog seven stories to its death in february. the chihuahua was left by own in a car.trial this week. prosecutors are presenting video and audio evidence. they argue while breaking into the car she grabbed the dog and tossed it over the ledge. we have details on an east bay cold case. 19-year-old manual ramero was gunned down. this morning new pictures revealed possible suspects and the cost. they say that the suspect may have driven a white toyota yard with rear tinted windows.

to have a little bit of rain in july. we are tracking that on storm ranger. we have it here in san jose. all around the bay area. we are getting the best views of what's happening from around the bay area. a lot of this is offshore. we are looking at this energy that's been producing lightning just to our west. here in the bay area some spotty light showers as we get a look at what's happening. this is moving away from us. that's something that we'll be watching and keeping an eye on as we see some of the rain across parts of the north bay from clover dale to the north and in some of the north bay hills right now producing some rain. as we look at our temperatures it feels very warm. it has a result of this monsoonal moisture coming here by way of the desert southwest. we'll see temperatures as you head out the door still in the

mid-60s. we that much overnight. as we take a look outside and the roads are clear and we will see partly cloudy skies, a veryw 70s as you make your way to work this morning. you're looking at 60s buns again and partly to mostly cloudy skies. we'll see the sun coming out as we go through the day and upper 60s. let's get a look at high temperatures for today. it will be another warm one even though we start out with clouds. we are up to 89 degrees. it is 86 in downtown san jose. it is 74 today in oakland and 77 in san mateo. san francisco reaches up to 67 degrees in the mission district. the north bay up to 82 today in sonoma. getting dressed looking out the window and standing in front of the closet it's a good day to try to keep cool.

i want to show you our hour by hour outlet. it shows the possibility that we could see showers. a lot of these showers could evaporate before hitting the ground. early afternoon drier air moves in and we'll see skies clearing as well. we have a high amount of humidity shown here by yellows and reds. the humidity will decrease and we'll have much drier air by sunday as we see that coming to an end. as we look at upper 80s in the forecast no changes in our temperatures. next week is pretty hot too. san francisco keeping it cool with low to mid-60s throughout the forecast. heading over the mike you're tracking some lanes to block. >> yes. there is another crash we are watching too.
