for more on the protests against the president's visit, we turn to nbc's richard engel. richard, good morning. >> good morning, willie, i'm in central london right now, there are thousands of people here and there will be tens of thousands in london as the day progresses. this is a diverse crowd men, women, old, young, straight, lgbt. there is ethnically diverse crowd here but they have one message -- president trump is not welcome in the city. the blimp of president trump, a baby trump went up this morning, it's already come down and now we'll see the protest marches. they have been peaceful so far. they're expected to be peaceful throughout the day but what people are angry about, we've spoken to several people is what they perceive to be president trump's arrogance. i hope you can hear me, it's getting louder. the meeting that happened with theresa may last night, the

seemed to be critical of theresa may's handling of brexit and also suggesting that dealing with the e.u. going forward in terms of trade might damage both seem to be walking that back a little bit today. the president also making news on a number of points as he prepares to head monday to the summit in helsinki with vladimir putin, suggesting the mueller investigation which he called a witch hunt has actually hurt u.s. relations with russia. the president obviously likely aware we should say of rod rosenstein announcing some sort of indictment in the mueller investigation in the coming minutes. timing is certainly interesting. we're told from folks at the justice department they're well aware of the president's movements here. we will all wait to see how this plays out. the honor guards there at
