they had been hiking and spotted a white jeep and about 75 feet away from that angela hernandez. she is a 23-year-old woman who disappeared july 6th and had been trapped at the base of the cliff for an entire week. >> we realized she needs help. two black eyes. >> she saw an animal cross in front of her. she swerved. the vehicle went down a cliff. she landed approximately 210 feet down the cliff side.

>> reporter: good morning to you. our viewers are very accustom today these long lines. it is a result of folks applying for the real id. you'll need that in order to fly if you don't have a passport. there are two dmv offices that will open earlier. the san jose dmv office in san jose and the oakland clermont office. both of those will open at 7:00 a.m. starting today. it will be for four days a week. the doors open at 9:00 a.m. on top of those offices opening earlier you'll have four also offering saturday service from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. this will begin august 4th. those cities that will have those offices include san francisco and concord. they will open offices on
