crash. it happened about 1:00 in the morning. the chp says it was a multi-vehicle crash with a minivan rolling over trapping six people inside. it took them nearly an hour to get them out. the good news is everyone is expected to survive. at least one person in the crash was arrested for driving under the influence. today will be a historic first day of school for santa rosa family. their five-year-old daughter will be allowed to bring her medical cannabis oil on campus. >> it is a story you'll only see right here. we talked to the family about what this means for their little girl. >> we'll get din aner, okay? >> she was diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy. >> it is see sures that don't

check out the forecast. we are still going to be hot from antioch to concord reaching 96. it is 83 in napa and 65 in san francisco. 86 in palo alto. it is the first day of school in pleasanton. we'll have a nice first day for you. we start out with upper 50s heading into the low 80s by the time they get ready to head out of school. it will continue to heat up even more. as you're getting dressed make sure you're wearing something that will keep you cool to do. we'll have a slight increase in humidity today. where we see the blue, this is surging in because of the rem flants fla nants of a tropical system. we are getting a little bit more higher humidity today. you may feel that as you get ready head out. heading into the low 80s in parts of the inland area. it will heat up again for this

to turn their trash into treasure. they decided to cash in their cans and bottles and get back all their deposits. but, they needed consumer investigator chris chmura )s good morning. they decided to cash in their bottles for money. they collect cans and bottles. each one is worth just a nickel. they got a check for more than $133. that check, yeah, it bounced. >> they say they went back and forth but never got paid. so they turned to us. we asked what happened. it said it recently switched to a new payment system and it was going online as they were paying the family. that's why the check bounced. they told us to make sure it does not happen again we changed our internal policy.
